As the rice is not steam-treated before packing, it takes a lot longer to cook than regular white rice. On the plus side, organic parboiled rice is healthier than white rice.
Thai white rice is as regular as white rice, it is firm but not hard. The product is process from paddy. The white rice 100% contains less than 60% of full- grain rice. The white rice crop can be harvested twice or three times a year.
