Cooking Cream

There are blue cheeses, cream cheeses, those made with wine, with paprika… Nowadays the cheese artisans all over Spain make cheese in a traditional way with the help of the latest technology. The different methods used have been passed down from generation to generation.
This product was developed focusing on the aim of finding a real cream alternative to dairy cream, concentrating on dairy taste and improving the technical characteristics of the final cream alternative in comparison with dairy cream.
