This product was developed focusing on the aim of finding a real cream alternative to dairy cream, concentrating on taste and improving the technical characteristics of the final cream alternative in comparison with dairy cream. We believe that we have obtained a first class product which has the following characteristics: Excellent Sweet Cream Taste Specially designed for cake filling, mousse, etc… High Overrun (380%) and stability once whipped Long Shelf life due to UHT processing – 12 months before opening at +2º/+20 ºC
