1. Footing slap
The reinforced footing: the preportions for the tied edge beam apply only where there is a structural connection by concrete-to-concrete contact tied with fitments.
The trench mesh is used on bottom reinforcement. The site and the type of construction difference cause we select the specification of the trence mesh reinforcement is different.
2. Waffle rafts beam and piers
The waffle rafts for a one-storey building for clad frame or masonry veneer on moderately or highly reactive sites may be supported on piers as follows without structural design of the waffle raft:
(a). pier to be located on the intersection of every third internal beam.
(b). An additional N12 bar at the top to be provided in the internal beams intersecting the piers, but no shear fitments are required.

Reinforcing mesh was made by deformed bar after drawn, which is accorded to Australian/New Zealand Standard AS-NZS 4671-2001. The material is 250N, 300E, 500L, 500N and 500E, the mesh spaces is 200mm, there is two sides overhang which is 100mm.
1. The angle of the rib or inclined indentation of the reinforcing mesh panels' bar isn't less than 45°. The angle scope is greater than 45° and is less than 70°, the rib height is from 0.025d to 0.10d.
2. The reinforcing mesh panel includes transverse and longitudinal bar, pitch and overhang. The Australian and new zealand's market, the normal panel size is 2.4m*6m.Because of containers size, we always advise our cutomer to make the panel size to be 2.2m*5.8m. It can be easy to be load and save more USD1000 per container for packing and loading cost.
3.Each sheet of reinforcing mesh panel shall include number of bars,pitch,length,width, and overhang dimensions. And the bar arrangement of reinforcing mesh panel has single bars, twin bars or combination of single bars and twin bars.
4.The technical data of reinforcing mesh panle is contained composition and characteristic mechanical porperties of reinforcing steels.

Firstly, we purchase the material from Steel Factory and inspect chemical composition and mechnical property of reinforcing mesh panel in our in-house laboratary according to AS 1554.3.
Secondly, the panel size tolerances meassure way as:
a. Panel Size dimensionsâ?¤6m in length, there is 40mm tolerances.
b. Panel size dimensionsï¼?6m in length, the tolerance is ±0.7%
c. Wire diameter and mesh size measure and weld shear resistance test conformance to AS NZS 4761-2001 and as per contract.
d. Weigh the each bundle weight to calculate each panel weight.
Concrete reinforcement mesh is classified ribbed concrete reinforcement mesh and plain steel wire concrete reinforcement mesh. The wire of ribbed concrete reinforcement mesh is 3 faces indentation.Please see figuer
Concrete reinforcement mesh is always used on residential slabs and footing-construction and BCA complying with AS 2870,which is always paced in all reinforced conrete members to stop the concrete cracking.
And F62/F72/F82/F92/F1018 concrete reinforcement mesh is old specification,was replaced by SL62/SL72/SL82/SL92/RL1018.For example:previously called F62(now SL62) is wire diameter 6mm bars welded together in a 200mm square grid.the panel size is 2.4m X6m.
The Tensile strength is 300Mpa.

The steel wire mesh of 3D EPS plate and galvanized steel wire for inserting is adopt low carbon steel wire,and the standard value of tensil strength(fstk) is not less 550N/sqmm,the design of tensil strength(fy) is around 320N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity(Es) should adopt 2.0*105N/sqmm.
The wire diameter of 3D EPS plate steel wire mesh is not less than 2.2mm,the mesh size is 50x50mm.Galvanized steel wire for inserting is not less than 3.0mm,others shouls accord to the rule of National Standard General purpose low carbon steel wire GB/T 343.
