Eliminate operating over-voltage. Utilizing soft stop as the most general application stop mode, the output voltage to the motor is steplessly decreased from the full voltage to the point where the load torque is greater than the developed motor torque, this can eliminate the 3 or 4 times operating over-voltage occurred with conventional coast-to-rest stop or unexpected power-off. By-pass contactor If the Controller senses that the soft starter itself has a malfunction, the output voltage can be switched to full voltage (Power-Frequency) to ensure the continuous running by the built-in bypass contactor. 5. Auto-startup under load time delay When mechanical unit soft stop under load, if user turn on the auto-startup when under load, it will soft start automatically by the time delay setting. 6. Consummate protection It can protect the mechanical unit not only overload, under load, short circuit, phase loss, three phase unbalance, but also over voltage and under voltage protection, when this mode is turned on, when the working voltage is higher or lower than the setup value it can stop to protect the mechanical unit. 7.
