Yogurt production and packaging line 4000 l / shift 0732010 Yogurt production and packaging line 4000 l / shift Yogurt production equipment consists of 4 pcs 1000 liters of yogurt fermentation tanks, transmission equipment and a fully automated filling line 150 - 200 grams plastic cups. Process operation requires two people and equipment can be made about 4000 liters (or 20000 pieses) of 200g canned yogurt cups or other similar product for a normal 8-hour working shift. Packaging equipment is manufactured in the 1980s by German Ganzhorn & Stirm (nowadays Casti) and an automatic product cup feeder has been added later on the line. Also the tray feeding device has been recently added. The production line is fully operational and suitable besides for yogurt production, also for all curdled / fermented milk packaging in 150g-200g cups. Fermentation tanks are double walled 1000 liter stainless steel vertical tanks. The product temperature can be adjusted as desired (e.g.36C) by using heating water between double walls.
