Our S.Precision color sorter use high-speed linear array CCD image sensor (2048 pixels) and high-accuracy lens to realize image acquisition. It can detect 0.04mm2 heterochromatic regions.

Since tea is east to break when passing through the lifter, the dual-layer structure is adopted for one-feeding and two-detection color sorting to reduce breaking while ensuring the color sorting precision. 7. Sorters use intelligent temperature and air pressure control technology in order to ensure the best operative mode for the whole machine.
