Our Tea Color Sorter is specially designed to sort various tea, some of its characteristics including:
1. Special mechanical design
Using double layer sorting system, our S.Precision color sorter finishes material sorting at one stroke, which greatly reduces the damage rate of tea.

2. High-speed,high-resolution CCD camera
Our S.Precision color sorter use high-speed linear array CCD image sensor (2048 pixels) and high-accuracy lens to realize image acquisition. It can detect 0.04mm2 heterochromatic regions.

3. Specialized image processing algorithm
The algorithm based on the shape and the color of tea enables our sorter to accurately separate defective materials.

4.High quality ejector
Imported ejector accurately controls the flow and direction of air, making the material rejection more accurate.

1. The color sorter uses 2048 high performances CCD sensors with resolution up to 0.07mm2 and thus is able to detect fine color differences of materials in parts.
2. The sorter adopts high quality special industrial lenses designed and manufactured for color sorting of coarse cereals, dehydrated vegetables and plastics. The working parameters of the lenses are customized for color sorting of different materials with optimized light path design to ensure that each grain of materials can be imaged on the image sensor.
3. The high speed DSP technology provides the sorter with fast detection and high identification rate. The special coarse cereal detection algorithm is designed according to the spectrum characteristics and identification characteristics and emphasizes on both sensitivity and robustness to meet requirements on fine color difference detection and increase the robustness to prevent interference by other factors on material surfaces.
4. Master control system adopts ARM high-end embedded processor, effectively enhance control speed and color selection precision.
Overall unit adopts intelligent closed-loop control. Industrial grade data bus ensures reliability of communication and control system, and good anti-interference ability.
5. The operation interface adopts industrial grade 7-inch TFT contact screen and features simple parameters setting and easy operation. The color interface provides great vividness.
6. High speed air valve is used to ensure quick response, low power consumption and long service life. Since tea is east to break when passing through the lifter, the dual-layer structure is adopted for one-feeding and two-detection color sorting to reduce breaking while ensuring the color sorting precision.
7. Sorters use intelligent temperature and air pressure control technology in order to ensure the best operative mode for the whole machine. Failure alarm automation and modular construction makes easy repair.
