TUF Marine and Offshore Davit-launched Liferaft is davit-launchable and inflatable life rafts. They are produced and tested in accordance with latest IMO LSA SOLAS rules.
These Davit-launched Liferaft could undergo strict tests with extreme sea conditions such as wind speed of 31 meters per second and other extreme test conditions such as low temperature and etc. Each buoyancy chamber of the liferaft are capable of withstanding at least three times the working pressure and without seam slippage, cracking or other defects.
The davit-launching type life raft is inflated before entering the water and wait for the personnel to take it to the sea surface. If the davit cannot be used, this liferaft could be used as throwing overboard inflatable life raft and inflates automatically.
The food and water to be delivered together with the liferaft are up-to-date.

This 4.5 meter full rigid FRP GRP rescue boat /work boat body material is made of flame-retardant polyester resin glass reinforced plastic, reinforcing material is 0.2mm, and 0.4mm thick alkali-free glass cloth, glass surface is used for boat surface, and buoyant material is selected for perfusion molding polyurethane foam. All steel parts are galvanized or stainless steel. Each frp / grp rescue boat will undergo strict tests in accordance with SOLAS and IACS rules before they leave our factory.

Gravity Davit for rescue boat and totally enclosed lifeboat
The Gravity Davit is manufactured and tested under the approval of major classification societies in compliance with the requirements of MSC.216(82)-Amendments to SOLAS 1974,and MSC.48(66)-International codes for lifesaving appliances as amended MSC.218(82)&MSC.272(85).
The davit is a hinged type davit and lowering lifeboat on its own weight without need of power from ship.
The operator inside the lifeboat could control boat lowering or stopping by means of remote control ropes. The operator on deck can observe the lifeboat during whole operating process of lowering and hoisting.
The boat can be controlled in two ways, either by means of a remote control wire from within the lifeboat or by lifting the brake handle of the winch directly. Recovery of the lifeboat with its launching crew is realized by using the electric driven winch.
The boat davit mainly consists of davit arm, frame, stop unit, floating block, pivot unit, limit unit, fastening unit, gripe lashing unit, remote control unit within boat and remote control unit on board (Also including rapid recovery unit for rescue boat).

The length of the open boat shall not be less than 5 m. The total weight of the open boat after full load shall not exceed 20 t. The side arc of the open boat shall not be less than 4% of the length of the boat, and the shape of the sheer should be approximately parabolic. . In addition to the wooden lifeboat, the square factor of the cubic volume of the open boat should not be less than. If the freeboard and initial stability of the fully loaded lifeboat meet the requirements of 4.3, the square factor may be less than . When the open boat occupant has a fixed quota of 60 or more (including 60 persons), it shall be a motor lifeboat. The occupantâ??s quota for open boats should not exceed 150. The hull material and buoyancy material shall be approved by the Administration or comply with relevant standards. The outer surface of the boat should be clearly visible in orange. Structure and strength The structure of the open boat should be reasonable and have sufficient strength and rigidity.

TUF Marine and offshore Electro-Hydraulic Sliding Watertight Door System is suitable for the positions below waterline.
They are usually used for watertight bulkheads of engine rooms,steering gear rooms, boiler rooms, main engine rooms and auxiliary machinery rooms and etc. They conform to the requirements of China CB3007 and ASTM F1196.
This system includes watertight doors, local control devices, remote control devices above the bulkhead deck, sound and light alarm devices, centralized control devices for the main console (cab) and power source layout, etc. The structure of the sliding watertight door generally includes a door frame, a door panel, a clamping device, a roller, a door rail and a bracket, and a sealing strip.
Our factory inspection makes sure watertight door welding surface have no cracks, slag inclusions, unfused, etc. And the surface of the watertight door is derusted and the derust grade meets the requirements of Sa2.5 or St2 in GB/T 8923.1-20110, and at least two anti-rust paints are applied. The material of the sealing strip is EPDM. The doors can be operated manually at both sides as well as remote control. Its hydraulic pipes could be operated manually. The manual control handle is laid on the deck.

Marine Interior A0 Fire Doors for ship accommodation
We can manufacture the naval fire doors for marine accommodation spaces in accordance with your dimensions and colors. They comply with SOLAS and come with type approvals from ABS, CCS, BV, LR, RINA, and DNV-GL. We can also provide original product certs from all major IACS members.
There are different types of Marine and Offshore Prefabricated Modular Sanitary Wet Unit available with TUF such as double door shower type unit, single door shower type unit, single door bath type unit(hospital), single door non-shower type unit(public toilet) and etc. And they can be used on both ships and oil offshore platforms.
TUF Marine and Chongqing Perpetual have high standard requirements for this product. The base plate material used for the sanitary unit is steel, which forms a flat surface in good appearance and keep watertight. Watertight SUS scuppers are arranged in the unit. The scuppers are arranged at the lowest point. The slope of the floor on shower area is more than 10mm/m and on washing area is more than 5mm/m. The wall panels and the ceilings in the sanitary units are composite rock wool panels with PVC laminated. The surface should be flat without air bubbles, burrs and nicks. Delta Flipper Anchor is a type of Welded HHP Drag Anchors. The drag anchor is an important guarantee for whether the excavation ability can be well played. When selecting the drag anchor, the hard soil is generally recommended to use the Stevin anchor. The soft soil can adopt the Delta anchor. The weight-to-weight ratio of delta anchors can reach up to 30-35. However, the general selection suggests that the power-to-mass ratio be within 10-20. Holding efficiency for most of the anchors will decrease with the increase of mass. Therefore, the anchor weight should also be considered when designing. The Hall anchor is a stockless anchor with a holding power of 3-4 times its weight.Although this is smaller than the Admiralty anchor, its outstanding convenient casting and raising makes it outperform Admiralty anchor and is therefore widely used. Single fluke anchor is similar to a naval anchor. There is only one fluke, but it is larger in size. This type of anchor has a larger fluke force than admiralty anchor.It could be used as positioning anchors for various working vessels and dredgers to make sure the vessel does not move during dredging operations.
SPEK Anchor is an improved version of the Hall anchor with the center of the anchor head located below the centerline of the pin. The structural feature is that the anchor crown is provided with an anchor plate and a reinforcing rib. Therefore, the flukes of such anchors are easily turned to the ground and have better stability. Moreover, when the anchor is being raised, the anchor flukes are naturally facing upward, and could easily turn over in contact with the hull plate without damaging it.

Marine Bilge Oily water separator (OWS) for ships is a special machine for the marine or shipping industry. They can be used to separate a mixture of oil and water into their respective components. They are found on ships and are used to separate oil from oily wastewater, such as bilge water, before it is discharged into sea or other waters in the nature. These wastewater discharges must meet the requirements of the The International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973 as modified by the Protocol of 1978.
Any vessel of 400 gross tons and above but less than 10000 gross tons shall be equipped with oil filtering equipment approved by the competent authority. The oil content of the oil mixture discharged into the sea through the oil filtering equipment shall not exceed 15 ppm. Any ship of 10000 gross tons and above shall be equipped with the Bilge Oily water separator (OWS) approved by the competent authority. And a device which can give an alarm and automatically stop the discharge of the oil mixture when the oil content of the discharge exceeds 15 ppm shall be installed.
There are many methods of oil-water separation, including physical separation, chemical separation and electrical separation.
The 15ppm bilge oil water separator built by TUF Marine (Chongqing Perpetual) is designed by the combination of gravity separation and filtration adsorption. Among them, the mixture after gravity separation completed by the separation drum can be less than 15ppm, and the mixture after filtration and absorption completed by the polishing filter can be less than 5ppm.

Marine Accommodation Ladder is a facility for crew to board or leave the ship. It is one of the most common outboard ladders. It is commonly used for cargo ships, oil tankers, passenger ships and other large and medium-sized ships. The Accommodation Ladder system consists of a ladder and its retracting mechanism, generally located above the bulkhead or freeboard deck, where the side is not closed by the outer slab. When in use, the ladder is removed from the ship by means of the retracting mechanism, and the hull plate is placed obliquely next to the ship for the personnel to board the ship; when not in use, the ladder should be retracted and fixed at the outboard deck.

Boxcooler is a heat-exchange cooling system especially designed for the marine commercial ships.
This system does not need outboard secondary cooling water line. Therefore, there is no need to use cooling water pumps, filters, valve parts, pipelines and other parts that require maintenance. Compared to other solutions, boxcoolers are less prone to corrosion and attachment to marine life. It is also energy-saving. In a conventional cooling water system, a 15 kW secondary pumps consume about 3 liters of oil per hour. Boxcoolers can save 15,000 liters of oil based on an average 5000hours running time per year. Box coolers are best suited for operation in areas with ice, mud, sands or pollution. In fact, the box cooler is maintenance-free, so its operating cost is lower than any other cooling system.
Boxcooler may be placed either athwart ship or along ship. They are obviously very compact and suitable for river water and brackish water. With a coating they are also suitable for seawater. TUF Marine and Offshore Self-righting Inflatable Liferaft is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with latest IMO LSA SOLAS rules. The top of the liferaft has a round shape, which reduces the contact surface with the water and the weight of the raft body and the accessories makes the center of gravity at the bottom of the liferaft. So when the liferaft is overturned in the sea surface during the release process, the life raft will be righted by itself and inflated. This liferaft buoyancy is stable and will not overturn. It could float on the sea for at least 30days.The Max storage height is between 18-50m.
