Magnus plywood for prefabricated houses is the high strength and all
weather vagaries resistant plywood. It is made by hardwood species with single core veneer and using BWP grade E1 (Emission Level) standard adhesive for its internal bonding. environment. All the measuring instruments used in this process are calibrated and are latest quality products. Input of raw materials like veneer, resin and chemicals are segregated and tested before processing to ensure their quality. Magnus marine plywood is specially treated plywood that is designed to
resist rotting in a high moisture environment. It is manufactured with utm ost care in the supervision of technical experts with well selected pieces of core and face veneers.
Further, the finished plywood is subjected to proper chemical treatment with waterÂsoluble fixed type preservatives undervacuum pressure to ensure
protection against wood destroying organism and to make the product insects, borer, termites and fungi free.

Magnus calibrated plywood is manufactured for those who are passionate about the perfection in their work. It is manufactured by two way pressing system. Assembled core veneers are pressed in hydraulic hot press and then sanded in imported calibrated machine where uneven thickness of core veneer, from 0.5 mm to 0.1 mm becomes flat after sanding. After getting a uniform size panel, it is laminated with Gurjan face veneer and again sanded with wide belt sander to get the perfect finish. Magnus calibrated plywood is ideal for the lamination of mica.
In high profile offices or home it provides the perfect finish after paneling. Magnus calibrated plywood can also be used for shuttering work as its equal thickness makes shutter work easy.
Magnus ply is available in boiling water resistant (BWR) grades. This grade is used for the interior and exterior woodworking application. BWR grade plywood is manufactured with phenol formaldehyde resin.
