Aeroflex Vibration eliminators are specially designed to absorb mechanical vibration and destructive force of noise which is transmitted by the compressor, and also eliminate the stresses linked with piping thermal expansion in refrigeration and air condition installation.

1.2 Material specification:
Aeroflex Vibration eliminators are manufacture from EN 10028-7, Stainless steel SS 321 & SS 316L annular corrugated hose with SS 304 stainless steel braid.
All unit are brazed with copper tube, detail dimension of pipe and vibration connector are in the table.
All the units are ultrasonically cleaned and completely dried made suitable to refrigeration system
Individual package of connector are remain under sealed plastic tubing.
The maximum test pressure is 1.5 time of maximum operating pressure and minimum burst pressure is 5 time of maximum operating pressure.
Copper tube end are designed as sweat connection for refrigeration tubing which have inner surface as per ASME B16.18
1.3 Installation conditions:
Aeroflex vibration eliminator should be installed as close as possible to the compressor and end away from the source of vibration.
Vibration eliminator should be installed perpendicular to the direction of vibration (in-line with the compressor crank shaft)
Horizontal Vibration: Where source of vibration is only in the horizontal plane, a single vibration and noise eliminator may be installed. Best results will be achieved by installation at 90�° to the source which is normally the crank of the compressor in a horizontal plane. See fig. 1
Vertical / horizontal vibration: Where the source of vibration and noise is in both horizontal are in vertical planes. Best result will be achieved by installing two vibration eliminators at right angle to each other see fig. 2
Although the copper tube end of vibration absorber are attached by TIG welding (special alloy filler) during installing if unit is over heated there is not effect on the connector

The Hose Series A302 is an annular mechanically formed wide pitch, higher thickness Boiler hose. A Boiler hose is used as a device in solar-heated hot water systems to heat water. The heated water in solar collectors is then circulated through flexible metal hoses located in a tank and used as serpentine. These hoses are designed for more surface area convolution, transferring more heat into the storage tank.

The Hose Series A1000 is an annular hydro-formed double-ply hose. These hoses are designed to withstand higher pressure resistance, high flexibility and higher vibration. They have a higher lifetime compared to single wall hoses and have excellent damping effects that help isolate the vibration and noise.

Jacketed Hose assembly consists of a hose within a hose. An inner (Core Hose) or primary media conveying hose is enclosed or jacketed by a larger diameter hose. The hoses are joined at each end by specially designed fittings so that there is no media pathway between the two hoses.
Jacketed Hose assemblies are often specified when the primary media must be kept at either an elevated or cryogenic temperature. Steam is often circulated through the jacket hose to keep a viscous material in the inner hose hot and easily conveyed. A vacuum can also be pulled on the jacket hose to insulate cryogenic liquids being conveyed in the inner hose.
The media typically is steam, hot oil or hot water to raise the temperature of the fluid moved in the internal hose. Also cold products such as liquid helium or nitrogen can be used to lower the temperature of the fluid with-in the internal hose.

When the velocity of fluid which is transfer through the stainless steel corrugated hose is more than 25 mete/second and for liquid and 50 meter/second for gases then more turbulent flow may create the abrasion, extra pressure drop, and result damage of hose, for prevent these type of problem we use a flexible interlock liner
Polygonal Interlock hose: Series -1203
This is the flexible hose which have double interlock profile with the polygonal cross section. Due to their polygon cross section this design hose robust resistance to torsion without sacrificing the flexibility.

This is heavy duty hose SS321 Series A700 / 800 with stainless steel double wire braiding and inner double interlock liner for maintain the laminar flow of Oxygen/water which used for lancing oxygen and water in LD steel mills. Flange connection at both end with hinge bolts, sealing face with tongue and groove, support flange at both end as per customer requirement.

FLANGED PUMP CONNECTOR MANUFACTURERS & SUPPLIERS
Pump connectors are normally provided for vibration and noise isolation between the piping and the vibration equipment. A standard pump connector consists of a stainless steel braided hose with fitting. These fittings come with either a flange type or threaded type pipe end. Of the two, threaded connections cost less than flange connections, as flanges have multiple parts & configurations.
