This is heavy duty hose SS321 Series A700 / 800 with stainless steel double wire braiding and inner double interlock liner for maintain the laminar flow of Oxygen/water which used for lancing oxygen and water in LD steel mills. Flange connection at both end with hinge bolts, sealing face with tongue and groove, support flange at both end as per customer requirement. All parts come in contact with Oxygen of stainless steel are remain oil and grease free, hence inner part of hose are remains ultrasonically clean. An additional mechanical protection can be achieved by use of an outer interlock profile hose. Inner liner (interlock hose) is predominantly used for the oxygen supply to improve the flow condition and reducer the pressure loss, The length of hose assemblies varies from 9 meter to 30 meters.
