1.Description
Fire clay refractory brick is made from flint clay clinker and binder, through high temperature sintering. Al2o3 content is 30%-48%, sio2 content is 50%-65%, and a small number of alkali metals, alkaline earth metal oxides, etc. Mineral composition is usually mullite, quartz and glass phase. Its refractoriness is 1580-1750¡ãc, refractoriness under load is 1250-1450 ¡ãc, line expansion coefficients is low, with good thermal shock resistance and strong ability to resist erosion acid slag.

High alumina fire brick contain al2o3 more than 48%, which is made of high grade bauxite through high temperature calcinations. Its refractories is usually above 1770 ¡ãc. The main mineral components are corundum and mullite phases. It is a kind of neutral refractory material so that it enjoys excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. According to al2o3 content, it can be divided into three degrees:the al2o3 content is more than 75%.The al2o3 content range from 60% to 75%.The al2o3 content range from 48% to 60%.

Clay brick is refers to the Al2O3 content is 30% ~ 40% aluminum silicate. Clay brick is made of soft clay and 50% and 50% of hard clay grog, ingredients required by certain granularity, after forming, drying, burning under the high temperature of 1300 ~ 1400 .Clay brick belongs to the weak acid refractory products, can resist acid slag and the erosion of acid gases, the alkali resistance ability is a bit poor. Clay brick has good thermal shrinkage.
