What is a grain cleaning machine?
Grain cleaning machines, also known as winnowers, have been used for a long time. They are applied to separate the grains from the chaff, as well as to calibrate the seeds, that is, to separate them by weight and size. The first winnowers worked owing to vibration? the uncleaned grain was shaken and cleaned of the chaff, and the built-in fan blew them away.
This design appeared at the beginning of the fourteenth century and remained practically unchanged up to the present day, however, so-called aerodynamic separators are now available on the market, which operate on a completely different principle. After the uncleaned grains enter the separator, they fall into a powerful airflow which is generated by an impeller. Air instantly blows off light impurities, chaff, straw, dust, husks and bad seeds, and quality grain continues to fall and is calibrated. Heavy impurities like stones fall straight down, and the grains are blown away and fall into different chambers, depending on the weight and structure.
Thus, the grain is calibrated and divided into:
seed material
forage;
food raw materials, etc.
The use of air for grain processing enables to accelerate significantly the cleaning process and make it more qualitative. The germination capacity of the seed material obtained with aerodynamic grain cleaning machines reaches 98%.

CHOCOLATE TEMPERING MACHINES
The model range consists of the machines with capacity 250
kg/h, 500 kg/h, 750 kg/h, 1000 kg/h and 1500 kg/h. Designed
for tempering of chocolate masses on the basis of cocoa
butter or fats-equivalents for production of confectionery
products in the composition of the production lines.
The machine presents in itself the disk heat exchanger
of the continuous type. The standard version of the
machine includes three independent tempering zones and
additional zone used to keep the specified temperature
in the feeding pipe. The machines with a capacity starting
from 500 kg/h have an additional zone to stabilize the
temperature of the product before the beginning of the
tempering process.
Heat exchange efficiency and proper organization of
the tempering process, plus a large experience in the
production of these machines give 100% quality result,
which allows to achieve short cooling time, a glossy finish
products, good texture of chocolate, crisp break, long
preservation of quality.
Steamer PZ-3 is designed to cook cereals and grains, as well as other bulk products under the saturated steam overpressure and continuous product stirring with a stirrer.
The mill is designed for grinding grains, chaffy, bean, corn, grain mix, oil cake, mill cake and other raw materials, except mineral ones. The mills are installed at the feedstuff plants.
Applications: designed for delivering treated water (feedwater) at the pumping temperature of up to 438К ted, nsure a normal functioning of the balancing device, its chamber is to be communicated with the suction pipeline. A bearing end cover, fitted in the non-drive side bearing housing, has a shaft position indicator for sight control of the wear of balancing device surfaces and for restraining rotor axial displacements towards the delivery side.
The pump rotor is carried by the plain bearings with ring lubrication (with forced lubrication from a pressure lubrication installation for the pump pe 270-150).
The design of pump shaft seal chambers provides both for housing mechanical seals and for packing the stuffing boxes, which are to fed with cooling liquid.
Sense of rotation of shaft in all the pumps is counterclockwise (clockwise in case of pe 270-150), if viewed from the drive side.
Pump designation: first number indicates the capacity, m3/h; the second number indicates the head, kgf/cm2.
