CC-403 Epilox Epoxy Binder is a two part solvent free epoxy resin binder system for combining with selected fillers and aggregate to produce epoxy mortars of various consistencies. PREPARE TO USE
1. Clean with vacuum to ensure the surface dustless.
2. Working site is free from dust, sand, oil, and loose.
a). Crack and Joint Treatment
b). File on the crack, open a width of 2 3 cm depth of 1 cm or more groove joints and
clean up dust and loose.
c). At the same time taking CC 200 mortar, filled in and up the crack and sizing 1 2 times
primer after 2 4 hours.

Description
CP-358W2K is a product which can be painted on rusty iron sheet, iron and other alloy products. Normally, iron products should get the rust removal by sand blast first when they get rusty. Then, they get painted with the anti-rust coating and fireproof paint. If it does not get the rust removal first and directly get painted, the rust will spit out. But, the same situation will not happen if using CP-358W2K.

PREPARATIONS
The substrate, bolt and anchor holes must be clean, sound, dry and free of oil, grease,
without laitance and loose particles.
Prewet the bolt holes thoroughly, but no standing water in it. Before applying ITLS CA-007H absorbent substrates must be saturated thoroughly, but without standing water.
MIXING
Mix 3.2-4.4 liters of clean water with 25kg bag of ITLS CA-007H together. To add water
based on the condition of stirring and keep stirring around 5 minutes until grouting well.
APPLICATIONS
Pour ITLS CA-007H mortar after mixing into the reserved cavities and recesses use the
stick or bar to remove the air bubble, ensure that air entrapped into the grout is allowed to
escape. Suggest to blend the grout by auto-mixer for better application.
COVERAGE
25 Kg ITLS CA-007H when mixed with water will produce approx. 13.5 liters of Liquid
Grouting Mortar.
ITLS CA-007H suggest to be placed in thickness ranging from 10-15cm/layer.
