Cationic starch is modified from natural tapioca starch by reacting with a quaternary amine to add a positively charged ammonium group, then through the stages of bleaching, washing, filtering, drying and bagging. This product complies with industrial hygiene and human health safety standards.
Benefits of using Cationic starch:
- Adding cationic starch when applying internal glue will improve the glue efficiency for the main glue in all cases of alkaline, acidic or neutral glue.
- Increased retention for short fibers, fine fillers and additives. Improves bonding force between fiber and filler.
- Increase the mechanical strength of the paper (tensile strength, folding resistance, tear resistance, burst resistance, breaking resistance)
- Acts as a dry fastener.
- Improve the smoothness and gloss of the paper surface, limit the phenomenon of fiber peeling, surface ruffle.
- Stable waterproofing when used with the main glue in the system.
Acetylated Starch (E1420) is used in most of the foods in our daily life such as: dumplings, instant noodles, Dumplings, starch for fast food,... in addition, it is also suitable produce (rice vermicelli and noodles)
1. The product has high peak viscosity, high thermal viscosity, good viscosity stability, enhances the water absorption and water retention of dough, shortens the steaming time, makes the product smooth and pliable, white and resistant to cooking. not easily broken.
2. Transparent paste, resistant to high temperature, acid and shear force, good elasticity, good film-forming property, frozen stability and freeze-thaw stability, storage stability, frozen without cracking broken and boiled without slurry.
3. It can shorten the rehydration time of instant noodles, make instant noodles more flexible, and reduce fuel consumption.

We manufacture  Maize Starch Food Grade from quality maize in a modernized plant with applying latest technological advancements to suit the requirements of food industry
Drilling starch is non-ionic corn, tapioca based polymers for use in all water-based drilling, completion and stimulation fluids. Drilling starch is extensively used as an additive to prevent the seepage of soil filtrates into the wells in all types of water based drilling fluid systems by increasing the viscosity of the drilling mud and reducing the fluid loss by sealing the walls of the Borehole. High quality biocide added to resist against bacterial and enzymatic degradation.
We manufacture CMS Carboxymethyl Starch is an important modified starch with unique properties due to the presence of negatively charged functional group (CH2COO-).
Carboxymethyl starch has a wide range of applications in industries, mostly used for the purpose of thickening, stabilization and water preserving.
Pregelatinized starch or Alpha tapioca starch is made from tapioca starch and is widely used in industry and food: ...........1, Used for briquetting (BBQ Charcoal, Shisha charcoal,Carbon charcoal...) and steel casting or metal casting (mix 2% Kaolin) ..............2. Used for glue .................3. Used for fertilizer briquetting, release sustaining ................4. Used in feed - as a binder of aquatic feed ....................5. Used in building materials - as an interior wall coating adhesive................. 6. Used in mineral processing - Inhibitor of flotation .................7. Used as a binder of mosquito-repellent and Buddhist incense.
Chemix Specialty Chemical ,We are supplying Starch Ether for mortar in China since 2010.

SIZING-20 is a modified industrial starch derived from tapioca which modified and multicomponent specility starch formulations, were developed to offered improved performance in the presence of alum and in a wider range.
II. APPLCATION:
SIZING-20 has a ability of forming gel at higher concentrations. The low viscosity at higher temperature ensures a quick and almost complete migratin of starch through the printing paper.
III. FUNCTION AND BENEFIT:
The properties of SIZING 20 are good film-forming ability, viscosity stability, and
compatibility with synthetic sizing agent. Improve the stiffness and smootness of labrics after laundering and drying.
IV. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL QUALITY:
Dry solid content (%): 86.5 Min
pH (at 20% solution): 5.0 ?¢?? 7.0
Conductivity (uS/cm): 500 Max
Sieve test: pass through 40 mesh (%): 99.0 % Min
Viscosity (cP): 20 - 50
Colour: White to off white
Product Application
CATIONIC STARCH IS USUALLY USED IN PAPER PRINTING INDUSTRY
- Improve paper surface, reduce the size of holes on paper surface to make paper smooth,
- Increase the whiteness of paper, increase the ability to catch ink when printing (because starch is filled with air holes on the paper surface, reducing the amount of ink consumption when printing but still retains sharpness).
- Improve the uniformity of paper thickness when coated with two sides of Oxidized starch.
- Oxidized starch is a substrate for mixing color compounds, waterproofing agents, adhesives ... when producing colored paper, box paper, wrapping paper ... using surface coating system.

DESCRIPTION
VN-6505 is a special double denatured starch for spraying between paper layers and paper surfaces. It improves the mechanical properties of the paper such as burst strength, ring crush and the adhesion between layers after the drying stage. With cross-linked and branched polymer structure, this starch also has the ability to minimize the moisture absorption of the paper after drying, minimizing the possibility of reduced mechanical properties during storage.
In addition, VN-6505?® is also used as an effective adhesive in the preparation of glue in carton production. High adhesion ability with lower dosage, less caustic content than low gelatinization temperature, it is widely used to replace ordinary starch in corrugated paper starch with high efficiency, improving hardness of cartons and reduce the possibility of moisture recovery during storage.
