DESCRIPTION
VN-6505 is a special double denatured starch for spraying between paper layers and paper surfaces. It improves the mechanical properties of the paper such as burst strength, ring crush and the adhesion between layers after the drying stage. With cross-linked and branched polymer structure, this starch also has the ability to minimize the moisture absorption of the paper after drying, minimizing the possibility of reduced mechanical properties during storage.
In addition, VN-6505�?�® is also used as an effective adhesive in the preparation of glue in carton production. High adhesion ability with lower dosage, less caustic content than low gelatinization temperature, it is widely used to replace ordinary starch in corrugated paper starch with high efficiency, improving hardness of cartons and reduce the possibility of moisture recovery during storage.
