Hydraulic power packs include lbs130wl model are complete hydraulic units ready for connection which are provided for generating operating pressures up to 100mpa.It is suitable for powering a variety of medium, such as oil, water or corrosive liquids.
As the pressure will be generated by means of a pneumatically operated pump.The electric connection will not be necessary.
To operate this system, the air driven liquid pump have to be equipped with the air control unit combined filter and water seperator, pressure-regulating valve, pressure control gauge as well as manual relieve valve.In this operation, the pump will be mounted to the stainless steel tank in the closed cabinet in a compact and space saving manner.Pressure gauges, valves and pressure regulators will be fitted on panel.
The desired operating pressure can be attained by adjusting the driving air pressure.When the driving air pressure and the output pressure reach the balance, the pump stops filling pressure and the output pressure stays at the preset value.
This hydraulic unit can be used for all kinds of pressure testing and test tools for research and test institutes or for other functions requiring a determined pressure

Air driven gas boosters are high pressure reciprocating pumps used for gases boosting, driven of compressed shop air. Sta series boosters are single acting, single air head driven type.(except model sta02 and sta05.They are double acting models).They have to be prepressurized at the inlet port so as to meet with the outlet pressure requirements, which value will be variable based on the permitted maximum outlet pressure.
Sta series gas boosters are suitable for the oil free compression of air and industrial gases like nitrogen, helium as well as flammable and risk gases like hydrogen , oxygen and natural gas.Air drive pressure from 1bar(14.5psi.) to 8bar(116psi.). Provide for operating pressures up to 80mpa.

The 'db251d' glass straight-line beveling machine models have been designed and built to accurately grind and polish a bevel to the face of flat glass sheets and also smooth grind (pencil edge+) the remaining glass sheet edge. The beveling, polishing and edging functions are all be processed at one time.
The five grinding and smoothing spindles are accurately adjusted as a group allowing fast and accurate changes in required bevel width. The two felt polishing wheels are positioned by manual. The edging diamond wheel is adjusted manually. The whole machines bed is adjusted electrically for angle changes, via a robust gear drive system.

Des20 double edger is applicable for grinding straight edge of flat glass of different size and thickness. It can bevel the arris of the straight edge to angle of 45íp and it also can grind the four angles. The rough grinding, fine grinding , polishing for flat edge and arris beveling can be finished at one traveling. Continuous processing can be taken for glass of the same thickness. The shininess of the glass edge surface after being processed will be almost the same as the glass flat surface.
