SG-3000-1DD is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film. You can insert the silk, paper, plastic film, metal mesh, fabrics or other films into normal glass sheets in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass.
The heating elements would be placed in horizontal direction, which means to be parallel with glass sheet. The heating would be achieved with electricity heating tube, and evenly be distributed by assistance of two air blowers. In this case, it can quickly reach to the target temperature, so that to save a lot of time and power consumption.
The mechanical parts are applied with strengthen steel for heavy glass, which allow to have a full loading of 40mm thick of glass, it is able to produce both the single piece or multi pieces by means of different combination so that the production capacity would be increased for double or triple. The mostly equipment would be placed inside of furnace with good ventilation, and easily for maintains, thus, it obtains beautiful shape and safe purpose.
The control system applies the PLC with touch screen; all the parameters can be easily and directly set trough finger touch. The temperature would be regulated by means of changing the value of voltage, so that it can have accurate temperature control.
The furnace door would be opened or closed by pneumatic or electricity power; thick insulating materials; high tear-resist silicon rubber bags; high temperature-resist bear for pulling. CE regulated electronics and wiring; power-strengthen vacuum pump, well-know brand electronic¡ all above basic elements ensure the quality and stability of machine.

We provide two series of laminated machine. Lm-af-t is a tilting design and lm-af-c a chamber design.
Lm-af series
Characteristic
1. Laminated glass is made in this machine. No autoclave or roller press is required. The laminated glass made from this machine is finished product.
2. Vacuum rubber ring and vacuum rubber bag are not required. For details, please refer to the technical description of each model.
Type of glass to be made
This machine is used to make different type of laminated glass such as,
1. Laminated glass for decorative and architectural purposes.
2. Polymer dispersed liquid crystal (pdlc) panel which is transparent allowing light passing through when voltage applied and opaque when voltage shut off.
Eva interlayer film
The laminated glass made out of this machine requires no pvb. Instead, a special interlayer film eva is used to bind the glass. Not like pvb, eva film is easy to be handled such that it requires no control in temperature and humidity. Hence, no assembly room is needed and thus, air-conditioner and de-humidifier are not required. The laminated glass can be made from one piece of eva film such that excellent anti-penetration strength is obtained without any glass fragmentation in case the laminated glass is broken accidentally.

Sentryglas plus (SGP ) laminated glass ,0.89mm/1.52mm/2.28mm
The main character:
Stronger Performance : SGP glass is five times harder than PVB laminated glass, SGP film can let glass keep the shape ,without fall down.� SGP is suitable to use in stairs, flooring and overhead glazing, laminated glass , with outstanding post-breakage resistance to creep and collapse.
Higher Transparence:� SGP film yellow index is only 10-25% of clear PVB ,it is best choice for low iron laminated glass process.
Flexible UV option : SGP is good at both UV transmitting option and as traditional UV blocking interlayer. ,it can be made in a specialty, high-UV transmittance sheet, extremely useful when designing controlled environments for many life species .
