The 'db251d' glass straight-line beveling machine models have been designed and built to accurately grind and polish a bevel to the face of flat glass sheets and also smooth grind (pencil edge+) the remaining glass sheet edge. The beveling, polishing and edging functions are all be processed at one time.
The five grinding and smoothing spindles are accurately adjusted as a group allowing fast and accurate changes in required bevel width. The two felt polishing wheels are positioned by manual. The edging diamond wheel is adjusted manually. The whole machines bed is adjusted electrically for angle changes, via a robust gear drive system.

Des20 double edger is applicable for grinding straight edge of flat glass of different size and thickness. It can bevel the arris of the straight edge to angle of 45íp and it also can grind the four angles. The rough grinding, fine grinding , polishing for flat edge and arris beveling can be finished at one traveling. Continuous processing can be taken for glass of the same thickness. The shininess of the glass edge surface after being processed will be almost the same as the glass flat surface.

Ds1d shape edging/beveling machine applies to grinding and polishing for shaping peripheral and beveling edges of circular, ellipse and irregular flat glass, and also applies to semi-automatic grinding for circular and elliptical glass. Using different shaping grinding wheels can obtain the half- round, flat or og edges of glass. The grinding and polishing for bevel edges can be done by the means of adjusting angles of the grinding spindle and using the bowl-shaped grinding wheel
