After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. C. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame. Note: brushing rtv-2 molding silicone rubber is used for pouring or brushing technique. One mold pair can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours. The formed mold can be used repeatedly without deformation and water shrinkage and with high temperature resistance, thereby providing fast duplication of the product with a product shrinkage 2.
