This is a kind of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in condensation type. It's generally named as two part silicone rubber, Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent or catalyst. It's mainly used for mold making.

This Silicone rubber is with good fluidity and moderate hardness which is suitable for middle size product with pattern by pouring operation, especially popular for manufacturer of resin crafts and gypsum decoration. Besides,

Step 2: Take 100G parts A and add 3G parts B and mix them evenly.

SHELF LIFE :
Twelve(12) months when stored under dry and cool place by original package under 25 Centigrade.

2) Description:
OTT mold making liquid silicone rubber for plaster mold is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50A after curing. Molding silicone is a kind elastic silicone which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good tensile strength, tears strength and elongation.

INTRODUCTION:
The component A of shoe Mold Silicone Rubber is white flowing liquid and the component B is the curing agent. For example, take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.

LIQUID RTV-2 SHOE MOLD SILICONE RUBBER NOTES:
Shoe mold silicone rubber is used for pouring or brushing technique. That is to say, fix the product or sole model to be duplicated onto a plane plate, then enclose the plane frame with wooden plates to prevent the leakage of the silicon , mix the silicone rubber and the curing agent evenly according to the mixing ratio of 100 : 2 and pour them onto the sole model, then brush evenly with a wooden plate or a brush, and fill up the mold frame with gypsum after the silicone rubber is dried.

Shoe mold silicone rubber is mainly used for shoe molds, sand casting, sole sampling, plaster models, simple products, products with non-complex patterns, as well as product models with stable size and non-deformation.

Technical guidelines of electronic potting silicon rubber
1, please put part a and part b in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.
2, weight ratio: part a: part b = 1:1
3, deaeration the mixture under 0.08 m pa for 3 minutes.
4, the temperature influences the curing time of 9355 electronic potting silicon rubber. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization. Warm tips of electronic potting silicon rubber: 1.The following material may hinder the curing of the product.So please apply after summary experiment. When necessary, please clean the application areas.
Condensation silicone which not completely cured or organic tin compounds
Sulfur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.
Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.
Pewters solder flux. 2. Should be sealed storage.The mixture should be used up at once, avoid causing waste.
3. Electronic potting silicon rubber belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away from mouth and eyes.
4. When electronic potting silicon rubber gets stratified after a period of storage, please mix 9301 evenly before using, it does not affect the performance.

INTRODUCTION:
Silicone Foams is a soft, two-component platinum silicone flexible foam that is versatile and easy to use. Vibrant colors can be achieved by adding color pigments. Cured foam is high heat resistance (will resist up to 350°F/176°C), water resistant, UV resistant and resists oxidation and ozone degradation.

IMPROVE SURFACE FINISH AND MINIMIZE VOIDS WITH BACK PRESSURE:
Use a board that will completely cover the mold opening. Using a drill bit, drill 3 holes in the board spaced a few inches / cm apart. Make sure that, when the board is placed over the mold opening, the holes are over the mold cavity and rising foam will be able to make it through. Apply Ease Release 200 thoroughly too both sides of the board and into the drilled holes. Mix and pour foam into mold cavity and place board over mold opening. Hold board firmly in place. As foam rises in the mold cavity, some foam will grow out of the drilled holes. After the foam stops growing, you can let go of the board. Do not demold for at least 20 minutes.
