Robusta green coffee beans are known for their distinct flavor and higher caffeine content compared to their Arabica counterparts. These beans are sourced from the Coffea canephora plant and are often characterized by a strong, slightly bitter taste with earthy and nutty undertones. Robusta beans are prized for their resilience to pests and diseases, making them easier to cultivate in various climates. Their higher caffeine content contributes to a more robust and intense flavor, which is well-suited for espresso blends and instant coffee production. Robusta green coffee beans are a key component in many coffee blends, providing a bold and hearty character that appeals to those who prefer a stronger, more bitter coffee taste.
Arabica coffee beans are renowned for their exceptional flavor and aroma. These beans, native to the high-altitude regions of Central and South America, are prized for their mild, smooth, and nuanced taste. Arabica coffee is often characterized by its notes of fruit, floral, and even nutty undertones, making it a preferred choice for connoisseurs and specialty coffee enthusiasts. With a lower caffeine content compared to its counterpart, Robusta, Arabica beans are celebrated for their balanced acidity and overall superior coffee-drinking experience. Whether brewed as a single-origin or blended with other varieties, Arabica coffee beans consistently deliver a delightful and refined cup of coffee.

Located at the northern end of Sumatra, Aceh is the melting pot of different cultures, traditions, fantastic culinary, and geographic stretch of panoramic beauty. Itâ??s also dubbed as the central hub of the biggest arabica coffee productions in Indonesia. Not only does Aceh have the largest capacity, itâ??s also prized for its specialty and world class coffee - namely the Gayo Coffee. This Arabica variety first entered the highland of Gayo in Central Aceh around the early 1900 or during the occupation of the Netherlands. This chapter brought a new breath of life to the local farmers with the opening of coffee farms and plantations, existing primarily on the highlands of Central Aceh, Bener Meriah and Gayo Lues. Gayo beans are also grown around Lake Laut Tawar at about 1000-1500 mdlp altitude in the Bukit Barisan mountain range. Small farmers work on a small plantation measuring not more than 2-hectare each. The harvest seasons range from April to July and October to January. The Arabica Gayo coffee beans are most sought after for its aromatic fragrance and flavorful taste. Characteristics: Medium Acidity Full body Sweet Aftertaste with a hint of fruity or spice
Coffee grown worldwide can trace its heritage back centuries to the ancient coffee sacred forests planted by high Sages of Temples. The coffee is a traditional drink used in religious ceremonies and in kings coronations. Coffee beans give off bright fruited and floral flavors due to the processing method. Wet-processed or washed coffees result in beans characterized by their complex and bright notes, creating a clean-tasting final cup. Heirloom coffee strains can offer a wide range of flavours, from fruity to earthy, floral to nutty, and everything in between. We propose you wide range of quality coffee and chicory.
