1.Introduction
E-glass chopped strand mat is made of randomly distributed chopped strands held tighter by a emulsion/ powder binder. It is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinylit, epoxy resins. The roll width ranges from 50mm to 2080mm. Special requirements may be available upon request.
2.Usage
It is used for processing and manufacturing frp products with getting through hand lay up process, filament winding process and press molding. Typical products is including bathroom accessories, pipe, building material, automobile, furniture, vessel, cooling towers and other frp products
3.Packing
Product is manufactured in form of a roll wound on a paper tube and then packed in a plastic film and placed within a cardboard carton. Rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.

Fiberglass stitched mat is made from chopped fiberglass strands or woven roving which is cut into a certain length and randomly dispersed , laid on a roving matrix then stitched together with organic fibers.
Fiberglass stitched mat is used in unsaturated polyester resin strenthen, primarily in pultrusion, rtm, filament winding and hand lay-up processed. Such as pultruded parts, pipes, storage tanks, wind generator blades and other frp products.

E glass chopped strand mat

E glass chopped strand mat is made from e-glass chopped strands around 50mm in length, bonded together by powder or emulsion binder which is extremely soluble in styrene. The basic strand has a sizing system containing a silane coupling agent.
