Fiberglass stitched mat is made from chopped fiberglass strands or woven roving which is cut into a certain length and randomly dispersed , laid on a roving matrix then stitched together with organic fibers. Fiberglass stitched mat is used in unsaturated polyester resin strenthen, primarily in pultrusion, rtm, filament winding and hand lay-up processed.
