Workover Rigs:
Our product line includes onshore workover rigs, which range from 150 HP to 1, 000 HP. The service depth of our workover rigs usually equipped with Caterpillar diesel engines and Allison transmissions is from 8, 000 ft to 30, 000 ft.
Drilling Equipment:
We sell a full line of API certified drilling rig components including masts, substructures, drawworks, crown blocks, traveling blocks, hooks, hook blocks, swivels, rotary tables, and top drives. The rated load of our AC/VFD drive top drives is from 190 tons to 1, 000 tons.

The swivel includes two main categories, which are common swivel and double duty swivel. Double duty swivel is a common swivel combined with a spinner. Common swivel consists of swivel bail, shell, support, gooseneck, central pipe, master bearing, joint and other parts. The lower end is connected with kelly stem by REG thread. The swivel bail is hung on the hook. Gooseneck and rotary hose can be connected by REG thread connection or union connection. Washpipe packing set assembly adopts cassette structure, so it can be quickly replaced without disassembling rotary hose and gooseneck. 3LP and 4LP internal or external thread hose connection thread are available for you. We can also manufacture low temperature resistant swivel according to customer's requirements. Our swivel meets API SPEC 8CPSL1 standards. It has been awarded the API certification issued by the American Petroleum Institute and is allowed to use API monogram.

The draw works is driven by two VFD AC motors with 1+1r/2+2r step-less speed, and reversal will be realized by ac motor reversal. The mud pump is driven by VFD AC motors, which are mounted on the rear skid of mud pump, with v-belt transmission and simple structure. The independent driven rotary table runs with 1+1r/2+2r step-less speed, and reversal will be realized by ac motor reversal. Using AC-DC-AC drive technology, rotary table and draw works are four quadrant running and full digital vector control. Single drum, gear driven and one / two shifts smooth speed change draw works is simple in structure and reliable in operation. Feed back / dynamic brake is adopted to replace eddy current brake as auxiliary brake. Automatic drilling is obtained by draw works main motor or an independent motor. Intellectual position control for traveling block prevents crown block and rotary table from collision. Real time communication and network is available by using profibus technology. K type mast is suitable for install top drive system. Sling shot or swing up substructure and mast are applied so that all the equipment can be installed at lower position.
