The swivel includes two main categories, which are common swivel and double duty swivel. Double duty swivel is a common swivel combined with a spinner. Common swivel consists of swivel bail, shell, support, gooseneck, central pipe, master bearing, joint and other parts. The lower end is connected with kelly stem by REG thread. The swivel bail is hung on the hook. Gooseneck and rotary hose can be connected by REG thread connection or union connection. Washpipe packing set assembly adopts cassette structure, so it can be quickly replaced without disassembling rotary hose and gooseneck. 3LP and 4LP internal or external thread hose connection thread are available for you. We can also manufacture low temperature resistant swivel according to customer's requirements. Our swivel meets API SPEC 8CPSL1 standards. It has been awarded the API certification issued by the American Petroleum Institute and is allowed to use API monogram.
Drill collars are extra-heavy integral tools used to concentrate weight onto the drill bit so as to produce sufficient force for the drill bit to break rock efficiently while drilling. They are made of AISI 4145H or 4145H modified steel and are connected between drill pipes and drill bits. Our drill collar connections comply with dimensional requirements specified in API Spec 7-1. Drill collars also come with slip and elevator recesses for safe and efficient handling. Slip and elevator recesses can be used together or separately.
