Application:
The DPX series single-stage fine crusher is developed based on the single-stage (counter-attack) hammer crusher to crush raw materials for industry such as limestone, gypsum, raw coal and so on and further to simplify the work flow of smashing. The product granularity is small (80% <5mm) in comparison with the ordinary single stage hammer crusher. The equipment investment is lower about 35~50% than that of the same scale traditional process. The charge of long-term movement is lower about 30% than that of the same scale traditional process equipment system. It has widely applied in cement, sand and stone material, electric power professions and so on.
Operation principle:
Large blocks of raw material are fed into the crushing cavity and piled on the middle brackets. The hammer head runs between the gap of middle brackets, continuously striking the large blocks of raw material and making them fall. The falling little blocks are further struck by the hammer running at a high speed. They are then put in order and outputted by the arc-shaped grate shoe.
