Operation principle:
High speed collision between materials-high efficiency cleavage crushing (high speed inter-collision between materials, the cleavage takes place at the weakest part).
Materials are piled in the crushing cavity, the later coming material shoot at them just like bulletins shooting the target. The high speed inter-collision of materials generates efficient cleavage crushing. The materials loosing kinetic energy will be discharged from the gap of grate shoe.

DT==belt conveyor is connected to PSX production line. We employ CAD technology to optimize the structure of conveying mechanism. The reconstruction reduces the power consumption and abrasion of belt. No running deviation, low failure opportunity and easy maintenance feature this mechanism.
Twenty sets of motors of this series are centrally controlled. All of them are of famous brand. The central controlled cabinet is amusing in appearance with modern sense. It is easy to control and maintain. The signals are clear.
PSX manual sand-stone-making combines the domestic and foreign advanced technology of crushing, screening, conveying and controlling. This production line is of high efficiency. The first manual sand-stone-making production line is located at Zhuozhou city, Hebei. Director of National Building Materials Bureau, Secretary of Department of Mine Mangement Ministry of Land and Resources, President of China Sand Stone Association, accompanied by leaders of Zhuozhou City and Baoding District, were inspecting the production line and cutting the ribbon on the opening ceremony.
Single-stage fine crusher
The material about 1m3 can be crushed into the granularity of 5-8mm finished product.
Application:
The dpx series single-stage fine crusher is developed based on the single-stage (counter-attack) hammer crusher to crush raw materials for industry such as limestone, gypsum, raw coal and so on and further to simplify the work flow of smashing. The product granularity is small (80% <5mm) in comparison with the ordinary single stage hammer crusher. The equipment investment is lower about 35~50% than that of the same scale traditional process. The charge of long-term movement is lower about 30% than that of the same scale traditional process equipment system. It has widely applied in cement, sand and stone material, electric power professions and so on.

Operation principle:
Large blocks of raw material are fed into the crushing cavity and piled on the middle brackets. The hammer head runs between the gap of middle brackets, continuously striking the large blocks of raw material and making them fall. The falling little blocks are further struck by the hammer running at a high speed. They are then put in order and outputted by the arc-shaped grate shoe.
