SOLVAY Veradel PES/PESU Series:
Veradel PESU was formerly marketed as Gafone PESU Veradel 3000P, 3100P, 3200P, 3400P and 3600P are polyethersulfone (PESU) powders for dissolving or dispersing into solutions. They can also be ground to smaller particle size or blended with other solid particles. The grades differ by their molecular weights, with 3000P the highest and 3600P the lowest. There is a direct correlation between molecular weight and solution viscosity. PESU offers excellent toughness and outstanding hydrolytic resistance. It resists attack from steam, boiling water, and mineral acids. Cast films or coatings of PESU are transparent and have additional desirable properties including long term thermal stability, excellent metal adhesion and formability and inherent flame resistance. Typical applications include high-temperature coating formulations, membranes, advanced high-temperature composites, and specialty adhesives.

Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer is a kind of chemical substance. ETFE is the strongest and toughest fluoroplastic. It not only maintains the good heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties of PTFE, but also greatly improves the radiation resistance and mechanical properties. The tensile strength can reach 50MPa, which is nearly twice that of polytetrafluoroethylene.

NEOFLON FEP is melt processable perfluoro co-polymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene.

terephthalate, PET) and polycarbonate (PC). The XENOY resin family offers good chemical resistance, great impact resistance even at low temperatures, heat resistance, and outstanding aesthetic and flow characteristics.
CYCOLOY CX7240 resin is an injection moldable PC/ABS blend. It contains non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardant systems to meet UL-94 V0 at0.75mm, V1 at 0.6mm, V2 at 0.2mm and 5VB at 1.5mm respectively. Excellent flow and impact balance together with the thin wall flame resistance and all coloroptions make CYCOLOY CX7240 an ideal candidate for a wide variety of thin wall applications.

Ultrason pellets are supplied in bags and/or octabins. The bulk density ranges between 700 and 800 g/l. Provided the packaging remains undamaged, Ultrason can be stored indefinitely. Ultrason pellets absorb moisture very rapidly. Therefore, the pellets need to be dried at least 4h at 130 C to 150 C in a vacuum or dry air drier prior to processing.

Ultradur is BASFs brand name for its line of partially crystalline, thermoplastic, saturated polyesters derived from
polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). They are employed as materials for high-quality technical components in many industry sectors.
Ultradur shows its strengths wherever high-quality and above all heavy-duty parts are required â?? for example in the automotive industry, in the electrics and electronic sectors. The range of applications which benefit from these properties of Ultradur in both industry and everyday life is vast. A feature that is particularly important is the low water absorption and thus the fact that the mechanical and electrical properties are largely independent of the moisture content or the climatic surrounding conditions. Particularly for components that are safety-relevant and have to work reliably for the entire lifetime of a component,Ultradur is indispensable.
BASFs Ultramid grades are molding compounds on the basis of PA6, PA66 and various co-polyamides such as PA66/6. The range also includes PA610 and semi-aromatic polyamides such as PA6T/6.
The molding compounds are available unreinforced, reinforced with glass fibers or minerals and also reinforced with long-glass fibers for special applications. Ultramid is noted for its high mechanical strength, stiffness and thermal stability. In
addition, Ultramid offers good toughness at low temperatures, favorable sliding friction behavior and can be processed without any problems.
Because of the manifold and tailor-made characteristics of Ultramid many applications are possible, especially in automotive construction, electrical engineering and electronics, in household technology, industrial connection, photovoltaics, in construction and installation, furniture, the sanitary industry and in mechanical engineering.
Ultramid can be processed by all methods known for thermoplastics. The main methods are injection molding and extrusion. Complex moldings are economically manufactured in large numbers from Ultramid by injection molding. The extrusion method is used to produce films, semi-finished products, pipes, profiled parts, sheet and monofilaments. Semi-finished products are usually further processed by cutting tools to form finished molded parts.
