TECHNICAL DETAILS 1. The software system and the enclosed whole structure are developed by us, the internal main accessories are imported, our machine can adapt to the hash working environment of heavy dust, high pollution and corrosion, the application scope is widely and the service life is longer 2. In order to get better sorting result and improve the flexibility and sorting capability, we adopt the 32 bit color image processing method and apply the mathematical morphology based upon HIS color space 3. The subtle color difference of 0.02mm2 can be detected with the high precision full-color plane array CCD sensor technology; the suitable processing method is applied according to the special characteristics of the ore, so as to ensure the accuracy in sorting the material 4. Our color sorter fully satisfy the requirement of high output capacity and accuracy raised from the large and medium-sized mining enterprises, some types of our color sorter even have the output capacity 40 tons / hour, which is 4-5 times as high as the similar domestic factories 5. In order to avoid repeated breaking of the ore, reduce damage and waste, the size scope of the ore material for our color sorter is designed as wider as possible, which is within 40 mesh size to 10cm 6. The crawler-type double-layer flexible conveyor ensures the higher sorting accuracy and the lower carryover ratio 7.
