The machine was equipped with a high technology software program. The software adopts unique algorithm, a fast calculation speed,high output, part of the aircraft production has exceeded 40 tons/hour. 4 to 5 times that of similar domestic manufacturers, which can fully match the mine manufacturers with the requirements on high capacity and high accuracy.
TECHNICAL DETAILS 1. The software system and the enclosed whole structure are developed by us, the internal main accessories are imported, our machine can adapt to the hash working environment of heavy dust, high pollution and corrosion, the application scope is widely and the service life is longer 2. In order to get better sorting result and improve the flexibility and sorting capability, we adopt the 32 bit color image processing method and apply the mathematical morphology based upon HIS color space 3. The subtle color difference of 0.02mm2 can be detected with the high precision full-color plane array CCD sensor technology; the suitable processing method is applied according to the special characteristics of the ore, so as to ensure the accuracy in sorting the material 4. Our color sorter fully satisfy the requirement of high output capacity and accuracy raised from the large and medium-sized mining enterprises, some types of our color sorter even have the output capacity 40 tons / hour, which is 4-5 times as high as the similar domestic factories 5. In order to avoid repeated breaking of the ore, reduce damage and waste, the size scope of the ore material for our color sorter is designed as wider as possible, which is within 40 mesh size to 10cm 6. The crawler-type double-layer flexible conveyor ensures the higher sorting accuracy and the lower carryover ratio 7. Our color sorter can select and process the ore with big and small grain simultaneously, i.e . it satisfies the requirement of selecting the ore with big difference in size 8. The split-type structure design of vibration feeding part and the main equipment body eliminate the influence of vibration to the main equipment body, which ensure the stability 9. The unique modular design and self maintenance function (automatic dust removal and spray) ensure the long working time 10. The protective layer is adopted on the surface of the equipment that contacting with ore material, such layer is characterized with wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, easy-changing, etc . , which ensure the long service life.
