Coconut is made 100% handmade with extremely elaborate process. Beginning with the famous glutinous rice wine in Phu Le land with traditional ways of distillation. Coconut is used as a thick coconut rice, natural growth in the land of Ben Tre, bring a lot of nutritional value. After undergoing a rigorous process of extraction, coconut wine will undergo a 10-day incubation process so that the essence of coconut rice blends together with alcohol to create a product.

We have several packing options to meet client requirement. The company packs each coconut individually in a polythene bag or plastic net bag and afterword s individual packing, 6 coconuts are placed in one corrugated box and packed. Weight is 7kg per box. And also, we could provide Cassava, Green Papaya, Mango, Banana. It takes approximately 7 days for the order to be ready for shipment once the deposit is received.

We make high-quality copra by drying fresh coconut meat (kernel) in hybrid solar dryers. With efficient and continuous drying technology, we can reduce the moisture content of fresh coconut kernels from around 50% to lower than 6% within 48 hours. This result can be achieved by utilizing solar energy during daylight and renewable energy from smokeless biomass burning all night long.

We only pick mature coconut fruits for the drying process, coconut must be put in a dryer immediately after opening to prevent microbes such as fungus, mold, and bacteria to grow. We keep the temperature in the oven dryer between 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. We inspect the copra periodically during the drying process, any damaged copra should be removed from the oven dryer immediately.
