Description
LYSI-401 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in low density polyethylene (LDPE ). It is widely used as an efficient additive for PE compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability , mold filling & release, less extruder torque , lower coefficient of friction , greater mar and abrasion resistance

1,Prone to poisoning, can not mix with condensation, ionic compounds containing N, S-, P, organic matter and of Sn, As, Hg, Ph., easy molding plastic poisoning, resulting in the phenomenon of not curing.
2,Comparing with Condensation cure silicone, Addition cure silicone's adhesive properties to be worse.
3,Addition cure silicone affect by temperature greatly when cured under room temperature.
4,Addition cure silicone is easy to poisoning, please clean the tools which are used for condensation silicone rubber, so that it can avoid poisoning.
It’s fobidden to add the pigment or powder to addition cure silicone rubber arbitrarily,it’s easy to make the catalyst to be poisoning.

It can be applied to electronic components for insulation, waterproofing, fixed and flame retardant. b, Mixing Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1
c, Deaeration the mixture in vacuum pump under 0.08 MPa for 3-5 minutes.Then the mixture could be used for pouring.


4.Notes of Addition cure Electronic Potting Silicone Rubber
a.The following material may hinder the curing of HY-9055, So pls use after the test. When necessary, pls clean the application areas.
Organotin compound or Condensation silicone with organotin
Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.
Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.

b. HY-9055 should be sealed storage.The mixture should be used up disposably to avoid causing waste.
c. HY-9055 belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away from mouth and eyes.
d. When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix it evenly before using,which does not affect the performance.
