Polycarbonate (PC for short) is a high molecular polymer containing carbonate groups in its molecular chain. It is an amorphous, odorless and transparent thermoplastic engineering plastic. PETG plastic is a transparent plastic. It is a product obtained by polycondensation of terephthalic acid (TPA), ethylene glycol (EG) and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM) by transesterification. Compared with PET, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol comonomer is added. Compared with PVC, PET, PMMA and other materials, PETG has excellent chemical resistance, impact resistance and environmental protection properties. Its products are highly transparent and have excellent processing and molding properties.
