The main application:
1.Papermaking Industry
As an important auxiliary agent,PTAC 1881 is widely applied to starch,cellulose and chitosan chemical modification.The cationic starch which is etherification modified from raw starch,can be used as papers additives for surface sizing agent,retention and filtration aid,enhancer and so on.
2.Textile Industry
The cotton fiber,which is modified by PTAC 1881,can enhance the dyes bonding.And cationic starch can be used as warp sizing agent.
3.Water Treatment Industry
The electronegative suspended solids of water react with PTAC 1881 to get cationic polymer.As flocculant,it can be widely used in the purification of water.
4.Daily Chemical Industry

It can efficiently combinate with starch and lead to good cross link intensity and hydrophobic properties.With lower dosage, lower cost and easy use advantages, it has good film-forming property which can significantly improve the water-resistance and ring-crush strength of board paper and corrugated paper.No curing period.Completely replace the usage of internal sizing agent.

Its correspondence product name is bk532.Based on large quantity application experience in varies paper mills, we improve the recipe day by day, finally quality is the top grade in the market.It can be used with starch to reduce sizing cost.It also has good mechanical stability with less bubbles generated during the operational process.After finish the starch cooking, keep the temperature at about 70-75, add in this product based on 1-2kg per ton paper(actual dosage should be depend on practice), use alum to adjust the ph to be 3.5-4.0, then metering in size press.

4.Applications and suggested dosage
This product is widely used as bactericide for industrial cooling water, filling water of oil field, lines of papermaking, coatings, paints, latex and so on.Dosage is 5-10ppm. This suggested dosage is only for reference. The actual dosage should be determined with the consideration of the season, environment, water source and the degree of microbial pollution.
5.Packing and storage
The product is packed in 250kg plastic drum and also can be packed according to the customers requirement. Please store the product in a cool and dry place without sun exposure with temperature below 40 . The storage life of the product is 12 months.
