Application: it is the copolymer of acrylamide and acrylic acids, especially suitable to kraft paperboard and corrugated paper.
STRENGTHOMNI 6033 is a cationic polyamide wet strength resin supplied as an aqueous solution containing 30%++ solids. When applied under acidic or alkaline stock conditions, STRENGTHOMNI 6033 will efficiently increase the wet strength properties of finished paper or paperboard products. STRENGTHOMNI 6033 resin is highly effective for developing wet strength in facial tissue, napkins, towels, carrier board, liquid packaging, bag paper, linerboard, medium, and other specialty papers. STRENGTHOMNI 6033 performs over a broad pH range of 4.0 9.0 (with best efficiency between 6.5 - 8.0) in the presence of normal papermaking additives. Apart from this, we also produce AKD Sizing Agent, SAE Anionic for Sizing, Fixing Agent / Coagulants, Optical Brightener.
DAVEX MK 517(Dry Strength Agents) is an amphoteric polyacrylamide copolymer. As dry strength agent, Davex MK517 increases internal bonding by the hydrogen bond and ionic bond with cellulose and hemicellulose. DAVEK MK can be used widely for weak acid papers, neutral paper, paperboard, fine papers and coating papers
Product description: dry strength agent DS66, as a new type of dry strength agent, is widely used in cardboard paper, bobbin paper, household paper, newsprint, cultural paper, and so on. It can effectively improve the dry strength of the paper (folding strength, bursting strength, deflection and ring crush compression resistance) It has a particularly obvious effect on the paper making system with more anion impurities or higher electrolyte concentration. It also has the function of retention for fiber fines and fillers, reducing the fiber to drain, farina and fibril to drop out. Physical property: Appearance: colorless to pale yellow viscous liquid Ionic: amphoteric Solid content: 151%, 20 1% Viscosity: 7000 5000mpa.s(25) PH value: 41 Water solubility: soluble in cold water Storage time: 3 months(5-35 ) Features: 1. Effectively improve the dry strength of the paper( folding strength, bursting strength, deflection and ring crush compression resistance) 2. Improve the retention ratio of fiber fines and fillers and filtering performance. 3. Reduce the dosage of the cationic starch, polyacrylamide and other retention aid. Application: 1. Add 2/3 water in the container first, and then add the product slowly in stirring. (not a one-time joining for its high viscosity) When strength agent is completely dissolved and diluted, supplement surplus water. According to the site condition, it is recommended to be diluted more than 10 times. 2. Adding points: sizing pump import or pressure screen inlet 3. Volume of addition: 8-20kg fluid per ton, or adjustment according to the production. Packing, transport and storage: 1. Store at room temperature, keep in dry and cool. Pay attention to prevent frozen and sunscreen. 2. Recommended storage time is 3 months, storing according to the transport of nondangerous goods. 3. 1000kg plastic drum, or referring to clients¡¡¡ê¡è site conditions. 200kg/1000kg per plastic drum
Supplier: AKD Wax, Surface sizing agent, Dry strength agent , Paper dye, Water-baesd ink, Carbomer;
are water-soluble polymer products. The most commonly used solutions are formulated with polyamide-epichlorohydrin (PAE) resin chemistry and are intended primarily for the consumer market. PAE resins function in neutral/alkaline papermaking processes. They have a high level of Wet strength agent permanence, help improve machine efficiency and do not adversely affect paper absorbency. Advantage: Paper production efficiency: After using the product, the paper production efficiency will be improved. Wet strength effect: Easy to absorb water, with obvious anti-scratches effect. With excellent performance of keeping luster and color, do not reduce the whiteness of original fiber. With stable chemical properties and good compatibility. Features: The product has good characteristic to reduce the problem of dropping off powder which is can widely used in the tissue, package paper, culture paper and other kinds of wet strength of paper production.
Appearance: pale yellow and viscous liquid, cationic Purity: 12.5% solid content This product can be used both in neutral and in alkalescent conditions.It can make the paper settled with higher stability in its sizes, which is with many advantages, such as wide ph applications, nontoxic, excellent absorbenct, higher dry/wet intensity, surface intensity, burst and excellent ink-absorbing ability etc.
