Anionic surface sizing agent is a new type of surface sizing agent that synthesized by the copolymerization of styrene and ester.It can efficiently combinate with starch result good cross link intensity and hydrophobic properties.With lower dosage, lower cost and easy use advantages, it has good film-forming property which can significantly improve the water-resistance and ring-crush strength of culture paper such as offset printing paper and electro-photographic paper.Our quality can compete with basf 400ds and basf8903/8906.
The main application:
It can be applied in combination with anionic and nonionic auxiliaries such as starch, direct dyes, acid dyes and fluorescent whitening agents, etc.The paper does not necess arily have to be sized at the wet end and before it is applied, but this can be an effectiv e means of controlling the extent to which the size is able to penetrate.
No curing period, completely replace the usage of internal sizing agent.It can be used with starch to reduce sizing cost.It also has good mechanical stability with less bubbles generated during the operational process.Application temperature should be less than 75

Packing: 200kgs pp drum or 1000kgs ibc drum
Storage: store in a cool, dry place. When loading and unloading, you should take care to prevent packaging and containers being damaged, avoiding leakage.

With our product name BONDOMNI 420 G, We produce SAE Anionic Surface Sizing Agent. Since BONDOMNI 420 G is anionic can be used in combination with weakly cationic auxiliaries. Application of BONDOMNI 420 G in the size press changes the wet ability of the Paper and reduces its water absorption. The presence of aluminium ions in the base Paper is not necessary for obtaining optimum results. Since BONDOMNI 420 G is anionic, it can be applied in the size press with fluorescent whiteners, direct dyes or basic dyes. The normal drying temperatures on the Paper machine are sufficient to develop full sizing. No additional curing period is required. It has good stability in the presence of large quantities of electrolytes.
Since SIZEOMNI 40S is cationic can be used in combination with weakly cationic auxiliaries. For adding SIZEOMNI 40S, the pH of solution should be 4. For enhance the SIZEOMNI 40S performance, cationic fixing agent should be required. Application of SIZEOMNI 40S in the size press changes the wet ability of the paper and reduces its water absorption. The presence of aluminium ions in the base paper is not necessary for obtaining optimum results. Since SIZEOMNI 40S is cationic, it cannot be applied in the size press with fluorescent whiteners and normal dyes or basic dyes. Only cationic dyes can be added in the solution. The normal drying temperatures on the paper machine are sufficient to develop full sizing. No additional curing period is required. SIZEOMNI 40S has good stability in the presence of large quantities of electrolytes. SIZEOMNI 40S can be added batch-wise to the starch solution storage tank as well as continuously in the operating tank or the feeding pipe to the size press. SIZEOMNI 40S is low foaming, so defoamers are normally not required.
