Plant Growth Promoter PREMIUM SURAKSHA (Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria) Liquid CFU 1 X 108 per ml Packaging : 250ml, 500ml, 1litr, 20litr Documents: MSDS / LABEL / COA / Trial reports Growth promotion Activity : Bacillus spp. produces growth promoting substance, thereby increasing sprouting rate of seed and growth of seedling and plants Mode of Action : The Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) colonizing the root surface and closely adhering soil interface, the Rhizospheree. Some of the PGPR can also enter root interior and establish endophytic population. Many of them are able to transfer the endodermis barrier, crossing from the root cortex to vascular system, and subsequently thrive in stem, leaves and tuber and other parts. Consequently intimate association between bacteria and host plant can be formed. Offensive PGPR colonization and defensive retension rhizospheree niche are enabled by production of bacterial allelochemicals, including iron chelating siderophores, antibiotics, biosidal volatize, lytic enzymes, detoxification enzymes (Sturz, A.B. and B.R Chirsty, 2003). The PGPR have provided a greater understanding of multiple facets of disease suppression, unique association of non symbiotic endophytic bacteria and apparently a more pronounced growth enhancing effect on host plant. Target Crops : Grapes, Banana, Pomegranate, Guava, Mango, Citrus, Chilly, Tomato, Brinjal, Okra, Tea, Coffee, Plantation crop, Medicinal and Aromatic crops, Cotton, Maize, Paddy, Wheat. Advantages of PGPR PGPR to control wide range of phytopathogenic fungi, bacteria, viruses, nematodes etc... Bio control mechanism which may be due to antibiotics, siderophores, enzymes or by systematic resistance against phytopathogen throughout the entire plant system. Effective against root rot and stem rot caused by Scelerotiana, Rhizoctonia, Damping off, Cercospora, Macrophomine, Downy mildew and W.P.y mildew Method of application and Dosage : Seed treatment : Mix 10 ml PREMIUM SURAKSHA in 50 ml of water and treat the seed. Dry the seed in shade before sowing in the field. Seedlings root dipping : Mix 80 -100 ml PREMIUM SURAKSHA in 10 litr of water. Submerged the seedlings roots for 20 -30 minutes and then transplant the seedlings in the field. Soil Application:Mix 500 -1000 ml of PREMIUM SURAKSHA for one acre in 50 kg of well decomposed FYM/compost/Vermi compost/field soil at the time of final field preparation and also broadcast in the standing crop after sowing or transplanting. Drip irrigation :Dilute 1 lit. of PREMIUM SURAKSHA in 100 litr of good quality of water and use this Solution for drip irrigation in one acre.

Bio-Fertilizers. PREMIUM RHIZO (Rhizobium) CFU - > 1 x 108 per ml Packaging – 250ml, 500ml, 1litr, 20litr Documents: MSDS / LABEL / FCO / COA / Trial reports Mode of Action : This belongs to bacterial group and the classical example is symbiotic nitrogen fixation. Rhizobium spp., detect compounds like flavinoids secreted by the roots of leguminous plants and then produce nod factors lead to formation of root nodules. The bacteria infect the legume root and form root nodules within which they reduce molecular nitrogen in to ammonia which is readily vitamins and other nitrogen Mode of action containing compounds. The site of symbiosis is within the root nodules. It has been estimated that 40 – 250Kg N/ha/year is fixed by different legume crops by the microbial activities of Rhizobium. It was reported by Chandra,k.et. al., 1995 and used since long. They are crop specific. Target Crops :Leguminous crops like Pea, Pigeon pea, Black gram, Green gram, Chick pea, Cow pea, Soybean, Peanut, Lentil, Berseem etc. Benefits to the Crop It has been estimated that 40 -250 kg nitrogen/ha/year fixed by different legume crops by Rhizobium and improve soil fertility for next crop. Improve the plant growth status, liberasion of phosphate and micro nutrients from insoluble sources, induce systematic disease resistance. Rhizomes determine the nutrient pool for soils and facilitate growth and development of plant. Method of application and dosage Seed Treatment- Take 100 ml of RHIZOBIUM for 10 kg of seed Soil Application :Mix 500ml - 1.0 lit/acre of RHIZOBIUM in 40-50 kg of well decomposed F.Y.M/compost or vermi compost or field soil and broadcast in the field before sowing or broadcast up to 45 days after sowing in standing crop and irrigate the field. Incompatibility Don’t apply with chemical antibiotic.
Bio-Fungicide. MILDOWN (Bacillus subtilis 2% A.S) Liquid CFU - 2 X 108 per ml Packaging : 250ml, 500ml, 1litr, 20litr Documents: MSDS / LABEL / CIB Registration License / COA / Trial reports Mode of Action : Bacillus subtilis is a rhizospheree and phyllosphere colonizing bacterium. These are proven bacterial and fungal antagonize that protect plants from diseases. They are able to control several soil borne, seed borne and air borne crop diseases caused by fungus belong to deuteromycetes, oomycetes, ascomycetes and bacterial plant pathogens. Because Bacillus subtilis forms spores, pesticide products containing this bacturanium are stable. Therefore, even if treated seeds are stored for prolonged period, the bacteria stay alive and then grow and multiply after the seeds are planted. Bacterial and fungal antagonism is due to nutrient composition on the site of exclusion, colonization of bacteria on fungal pathogen and release of cell content during growth to eliminate the fungal pathogen in immediate environment. It also induces plant natural systematic resistance against bacterial and fungal pathogen known as (SAR) Systematic Acquired Resistance. Growth Promotion Activity :Bacillus subtilis produce growth promoting substances thereby increase sprouting rate of seed and growth of seedlings and plant. Target Crops :Cotton, Pea, Beans, Millets, Pulses, Oilseeds, Tomato, Cucurbits, Potato, Mango, Ber, Grapes, Citrus, Ginger, Cereal, Pomegranate, Apple, Peach, Plum, Banana, Tea, Coffee, Plantation crop, and Cumin, Medicinal & Aromatic crops and Fruits & Vegetable crops. Target Disease :Mildown controls disease causing pathogenic species like Pythium, Alternaria, Xanthomonas, Rhizoctonia, Botrytis, Scelerotiana, Phytopthora which cause diseases such as root rot, root wilt, seedling rot, early blight, leaf spot, stem rot and mildew diseases in crops. Method of Application and Dosage : Seed treatment :Mix 7.5 - 10 ml MILDOWN in 50ml water and applied on 1 kg of seed for proper coating. Shades dry the seeds for about 20-30 minutes before sowing. Seedlings Treatment :Mix 250 ml MILDOWN in 50 litr of water then dip seedling roots for about half an hour in the suspension and transplant immediately. Nursery seed bed preparation Mix 250 ml MILDOWN in 50 ltr of water and drench in 400 sq.mt nursery bed area. Mix 250 ml MILDOWN in 10 kg of FYM/compost/ Vermi compost/field soil and incorporate in 400 Sq.mt. area and incorporate up to 15-20 cm depth. Drip Irrigation :Mix 250 ml MILDOWN in 100 litr of water and drench the soil near the root and collar region up to 15 -20 cm depth. Compatibility : Compatible with organic manures and bio-fertilizer. Don’t mix with chemical Bactericide. t can be used alternatively with insecticides. Avoid mixing with Bordeaux mixture, antibiotic and streptocycling
