DESCRIPTION Bituminous Primer is product containing oxidized bitumen and a mix of technical quick drying solvents. APPLICATION Bituminous Primer is recommended to block the dust and the porosity of concrete surfaces allowing the quick application o f the bituminous polymer membranes, both with flame application and cold bonding with bituminous sealants or with self adhesive membranes.Bituminous Primer allows quick film drying, has an excellent penetration and adhesion to the support for the absence of surface stickiness. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Concrete surfaces must be dry, clean and free from oil, dust or release agents. This type of primer is ready for use after mixing it. Bituminous Primer can be either sprayed or applied by means of roller or brush. In case of hot application of membranes with flame, the primer can be used only if surfaces are completely dry. On the contrary, if the surface is damp, it is recommended to use a bituminous primer specific for damp surfaces. The drying time depends on concrete porosity, on the quantity of product applied and on the temperature of both the surface and the environment. Usually the film gets dry after 2-4 hours from the application. The drying time can increase in case of cold temperature and with low a bsorption surfaces. Prewet the bolt holes thoroughly, but no standing water in it. Before applying ITLS CA-007H absorbent substrates must be saturated thoroughly, but without standing water. MIXING Mix 3.2-4.4 liters of clean water with 25kg bag of ITLS CA-007H together. To add water based on the condition of stirring and keep stirring around 5 minutes until grouting well. APPLICATIONS Pour ITLS CA-007H mortar after mixing into the reserved cavities and recesses use the stick or bar to remove the air bubble, ensure that air entrapped into the grout is allowed to escape. Suggest to blend the grout by auto-mixer for better application. COVERAGE 25 Kg ITLS CA-007H when mixed with water will produce approx. 13.5 liters of Liquid Grouting Mortar. ITLS CA-007H suggest to be placed in thickness ranging from 10-15cm/layer.

APPLICATION ITLS PMS 60 is suitable for industrial and refrigerated trailers, truck bodies, shipbuilding, air conditioning and ventilation units, sandwich panels and other industrial applications. ITLS PMS 60 can also be used for bonding and caulking different materials used in the building industry : concrete, wood, aluminum, most lacquered metals, polyester, glass, stone, ceramic, and so on. However, for difficult materials especially lacquered or non-ferrous metals, it is necessary to make tests beforehand. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE SUBSTRATE PREPARATION: The substrates must be clean, even, dry, free of dust, oil, grease and any contaminants that could harm bonding. All traces of poorly adherent paints or coatings should be systematically removed beforehand. They may be cleaned with PMS primer, methylethylketone (MEK) or acetone. Check the compatibility of the solvent used with the substrates. It may be necessary to rub down the substrate beforehand. After rubbing down, the surface should be recleaned. Allow the substrate to dry after degreasing. When using solvents, extinguish all sources of ignition and carefully follow the safety and handling instructions given by the manufacturer. CAULKING: ITLS PMS 60 can be applied by a manual or pneumatic gun. After application, use a putty knife to smooth the joint with soapy water. Do not apply at a temperature under 5 C. In cold weather, store the cartridges at about 20 �°C before use. This product should be used within 24 hours of opening the cartridge protection; otherwise, the sealant could harden inside. Avoid any contact with non-cured polyurethanes during curing. CLEANING: Tools can be cleaned with PMS primer, MEK or acetone before the sealant has completely cured. After curing, abrasion is necessary.
