Our Semi Husked Coconuts are grown in the nutrient-rich soil of Sumatera, Indonesia, which is known for producing some of the finest coconuts in the world. Our farmers use sustainable and traditional farming methods to ensure that the coconuts are grown naturally and without the use of harmful chemicals.
When to harvest coconut fruit depends on the use of the crop and this is usually closely related to the age of the coconut fruit. If the use is for vegetable coconut (fresh coconut), copra and seed, then the coconut fruit to be harvested must meet the requirements :
1.Fruit age ranges from 11-13 months, at which point 2â??3 of the rind is dry.
2.The fruit skin is brownish in color. 3.When the fruit is shaken, it makes a
sound.
At this stage of ripeness, the fruit has the highest copra and oil content. The quality of copra produced from the fruit is also the best.

The rhizomes white ginger has weights ranging from 0.5-0.7 kg/clump. The rhizome structure is small and layered. The flesh of the rhizome is yellowish-white in color.
The content of emprit ginger rhizome is 1.5-3.5% essential oil, 54.70% starch content, 6.59% fiber content and 7.39-8.90% ash content. The content of essential oil is greater than that of elephant ginger, so the taste is more spicy, in addition to high fiber. This ginger is suitable for medicinal purposes, or to extract its oleoresin and essential oil.
