LC 255 is a versatile and highly effective rust
preventative for use on unpainted metals during outdoor
storage or overseas shipping. LC 255 protects metal
with heavy waxy film. It does not require any surface
cleaning or preparation and covers the metal like a paint,
but easily removable.
LC 255 provides protection for storage of metal,
equipment, tools, tanks, structures, machinery, castings,
fittings, valves, doors, frames, fixtures, jigs, etc.
Application:
LC 255 can be applied by spraying, brushing or dipping. It is
recommended to apply by dipping in a tank with water draining
facilities which ensures maximum coverage, penetration and
cost effectiveness. LC 255 absorbs water and moisture while
lubricating plated surfaces and bare metals such as steel, iron,
alumunium, copper, brass and lead.
Handling & Precaution:
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In the case of contact with
eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical

KB 201 is a powerful porcelain cleaner for brightening
& cleaning porcelain surfaces. It contains complexing
agent, sequestering agent, scale remover, wetting

Application:
Pour diluted KB 201 on the surface to be cleaned, allow it to react for 2 –
20 minutes, depending on the type of stain & dilution factor. After that,
brush with soft brush then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Make small
test spot to verify result before actual use.
Dosage:
Dilute with water depending on the cleaning work. Can be diluted up to
50 times or more.
Handling & Precaution:
Contains only organic acidic compounds. Do not ingest. Do not get in
eyes, on skin or clothing. Keep the container closed when not in use.
Avoid breathing the mists. Wear a mask when handling. Use sufficient

KB 224 is a special water based polymer with silicone specially
designed to protect and keep a shine & wet look on vinyl, rubber,
plastic and leather or other such surface materials.
KB 224 protect surfaces from fading and cracking by reducing
ultraviolet light, while bringing out color, restoring luster and
shine, protects against abrasion. Eliminates static electricity to
reduce dirt attraction. If less shine is desired, lightly buff with
damp cloth.
Application:
Apply KB 224 with a clean cloth or sponge ( or spray ) with a cleaning
action. Spread evenly, allow to penetrate and chemically bond for a few
minutes then remove excess for a beautiful protective shine. On some
surfaces a two coat application provides best results. Apply as needed to
maintain shine and protective coating.
Dosage:
Use undiluted product.
Handling & Precaution:
This product may caused slipperiness on certain surfaces until it is
completely dry. May caused smearing on glass or other transparent

KB 273 is concentrated degreaser specially formulated to
penetrate, emulsify and disperse oil, grease, dirt, soot and
burnt / residual carbon from a variety of hard surfaces.
Specially designed for use in ovens, grills, chimneys, exitways,
smoke escapes, air vents where thick deposit of
soot/carbon is common by found. Most effective for oily
residues and its water base composition make easy
flushing.
Application:
Allow soaking time ( 5 – 30 minutes ) for effectiveness. Apply a
thin layer by spraying or brushing, then leave for soaking. Brush
and scrap gently to remove any hard soils if required then flush

Dilute with ratio of 1 : 10 ( max. ) with water depending on the dirt

Application
Can be injected directly into the boiler by means of a proportioning pump.
Advisable to gradually feed LC 102 by means of a chemical proportioning
pump into the storage section of the de-aerating heater as far ahead of
the boiler as possible to provide maximum effectiveness in high pressure
boiler operating from 100-600 psi. or where large amount of water is used.
Dosage
Initial : 3 quarts per 1,000 gallons or 3 : 4000
Maintenance: 1 quart for every 1,000 gallons of make-up water or 1 : 4000
Maintain 20-50 ppm (mg/l) in the boiler water. LC 102 can be used in
conjunction with other formula in our product line, but should not be used
in a boiler operating in excess of 600 psi.

LC 104 is an ideal single product boiler internal treatment, specially
formulated by blending sludge conditioner & oxygen scavenger for dual
function in packaged boiler systems. It can control not only calcium
carbonate & calcium phosphate deposits but also calcium sulfate and
barium sulfate. Highly concentrated alkaline product. Eliminates excessive
precipitation of solids and reduces sludge accumulation. The oxygen
scavenger prevents pitting corrosion in the boiler system. It is
environmentally safe, non-hazardous and non-corrosive.
Application
Used in packaged boilers below 5 Tons/Hr. For use with make-up water
hardness below 150 ppm and effectively disperses iron oxides as well as
calcium phosphate and clay. Injected directly into the boiler by means of a
proportioning pump.
Dosage
Initial : 2 quarts per 100 gallons or 1 : 200 ratio
Maintenance: 1 quart for every 100 gallons of make-up water or 1 : 400 ratio
Maintain 15-25 ppm (mg/l) of orthophosphate in the boiler waters with pH

LC 200A is safe, phosphatic alumunium cleaner and
brightener. It’s strong formula will dissolve any oxide layer and
also has the added benefit of providing a protective phosphatic
layer to keep aluminum surfaces looking at their best. The
non-toxic formulation also prevents further oxidation of the
surface and repels dust build up owing to its electrostatic
effect. It has penetrating agents that clings to alumunium
surfaces for maximum effective cleaning result.
Application
Use LC 200A undiluted for initial cleaning and brightening on tough or built-up soil
problem. Use diluted product for regular cleaning. Determine dilution depending on
contamination type & frequency of cleaning. For on-going maintenance use LC 301
