Lc 219 is a technical specialty cleaner designed to remove difficult deposits & residue on glass surfaces arrising from long exposure to external weather Conditions. The stains & marks, including dried fungus generally builds up on Exposed glass surfaces can easily be removed using lifechem’s lc 219. It Is a technical product & requires complete attention to the “guidelines on Application” during it’s use. Lc 219 effectively removes the stains & deposits Which is generally not removed by standard glass cleaners. It leaves glass Sparkling clean, smear-free. The anti static components repel tiny dust particles and thus reduces Deposits efficiently. Use lifechem’s lc 203 ; glass cleaner regularly to keep Your glass surface in a sprkling condition. Application 1. Use undiluted or diluted product as required depending on the stains & Deposits. A small test patch must be made to select dilution. 2. Damp a piece of clean white wiping cloth with lc 219 and squeeze out any Extra liquid to avoid spreading & flowing during wiping. 3. Spread a this layer using the damp/wet cloth on the stained glass or mirror Surface. Select only a small area depending on drying rate. 4. Wipe-off using a separate piece of clean, white cloth to a shining lusture. A Soaking time may be required in some cases. 5. Use lc 203 to rinse the cleaned surface using glass-wiper in the usual Method. 6. Leave it to dry. 7. Repeat if necessary for highly soiled stains, deposits etc. 8. Never be used on coated glass unless proved to be safe after testing. Dosage May be used undiluted or may be diluted to suit method of application and extent Of contamination. Suggested dilution is 2:1 or 1:1. Use clean & softened Water only. Un attended application may result into damage. LC 230 is a strong descaler with a special blend of acids, corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers & dispersing agents. It effectively removes rust, oxides of metals, scale and soil from metal and concrete surfaces. It’s dissolving action on rust, silica and scale is quick and thorough. Its acid formulation dissolves lime, scale and rust right down to the base metal or concrete with the selective inhibitor protecting metal surfaces. Not for materials like glazed tiles and glass. Application Brush or spray on surfaces. Clean surface free from excess rust, soil and dirt. Apply LC 230. Allow to stand for 10-20 minutes, then wipe off with water. Surface may require repainting if necessary. Dosage For descaling purposes, dilute one part LC 230 with up to 20-100 parts of water depending on the thickness scales. Allow standing for several hours and/or re-circulate using pumps. Flush with water until all the scale is removed. Repeat if scale is still present; check pH and maintain below 1.5 during circulation for control. Use LifeChem LC 240 for neutralizing the spent solution before disposal.
