Lifechem Oxygen Scavenger Lc102

LC 104 is an ideal single product boiler internal treatment, specially
formulated by blending sludge conditioner & oxygen scavenger for dual
function in packaged boiler systems. It can control not only calcium
carbonate & calcium phosphate deposits but also calcium sulfate and
barium sulfate. Highly concentrated alkaline product. Eliminates excessive
precipitation of solids and reduces sludge accumulation. The oxygen
scavenger prevents pitting corrosion in the boiler system. It is
environmentally safe, non-hazardous and non-corrosive.
Application
Used in packaged boilers below 5 Tons/Hr. For use with make-up water
hardness below 150 ppm and effectively disperses iron oxides as well as
calcium phosphate and clay. Injected directly into the boiler by means of a
proportioning pump.
Dosage
Initial : 2 quarts per 100 gallons or 1 : 200 ratio
Maintenance: 1 quart for every 100 gallons of make-up water or 1 : 400 ratio
Maintain 15-25 ppm (mg/l) of orthophosphate in the boiler waters with pH
between 11.0 – 12.0. Maintain Conductivity below 3000 µmho/cm. Consult
LifeChem Technical Services when Hardness is low or high.
Handling & Precaution
LC 104 is an alkaline product and should be handled with care to prevent
personal injury. Wear protective clothing and eye protection. In case of contact
with skin, immediately flush with water. In case of contact with eye, flush with
water for 15 minutes and obtain immediate medical attention. Triple rinse used
cans before reuse or disposal. Refer to MSDS for detailed information.

It exists in various marine organisms, including large yellow croaker, salmon, river shrimp, lobster, etc., and can also be extracted from certain microorganisms. Astaxanthin has high antioxidant properties and has a strong scavenging effect on free radicals, ROS (reactive oxygen species) and monocytes.
Antioxidant effect: Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant that can reduce the production of free radicals and reduce the damage to cells caused by oxidative stress, helping to prevent various diseases and slow down the aging process.

What is Hydroquinone?
