* RSS 1 : Grade 1 Ribbed Smoked Sheets RSS 1 refers to Ribbed Smoked Sheets, produced from natural rubber latex as ribbed sheets, by coagulation with acids and sheeting,properly air dried and smoked, and visually graded. Ribbed smoked sheets (RSS) are graded based on visual assessment of quality. The International Rubber Quality and Packing Conference (IRQPC) have specified the grade descriptions, to establish acceptable grades for commercial usage. * RSS 3 : Grade 3 Ribbed Smoked Sheets Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS 3) is coagulated from high quality natural rubber latex produced by Pexim Rubbers. Rubber latex processed into ribbed rubber sheets and then sheeted, dried, smoked, and visually graded. RSS3 rubber sheets are used in the production of Tyres (tires) & Tubes, Tread Carcass, Off road tyres & ADV tyres, Extruded hoses, Footwear etc. Tyre industry is the biggest consumer of RSS3 rubber sheets. * Description SVR 10 SVR 10 is made from field coagulum materials. The materials are precleaned by passing them through creper – hammermills and then stored some weeks for maturation before production. Mature materials are blended and soaked in the water to be clean, size reduction to crumbs, drying and baling. * Description SVR 5 SVR 5 is a quality natural rubber. It is produced wholly from field latex. Field latex is preserved with ammonia or sodium sulfite. This is type of rubber which production process is the same SVR 3L grade. The field latex is coagulated with formic acid, and then make crumbs by passing through a crusher, some crepers and a shredder. * Description SVR 10CV is produced from cuplumps. it has constant viscosity by added with only hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS). It is produced through the two dryprebreakers equipment and cool processing line. This is a grade of rubber with constant viscosity. * Description SVR CV50 is a constant viscosity grade. It is made by adding hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS) and peptizer before coagulation with acid. The coagulum is allowed to mature some hours, reduced to crumbs by passing through a crusher, crepers, a shredder, dried and pressed into bales. The hydroxylamine inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity. * Description SVR CV 60 is a constant viscosity grade. It is made by only adding hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS) to ammonia preserved field latex after reception at factory. HNS is only added before coagulation with acid. The SVR CV60 rubber is processed through some stages such as crushing, creping, crumbing, drying and baling. The hydroxylamine inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity.
