* Description SVR 10CV is produced from cuplumps. it has constant viscosity by added with only hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS). It is produced through the two dryprebreakers equipment and cool processing line. This is a grade of rubber with constant viscosity. The hydroxylamine substance inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity. * End Use -Anti-vibration mounting products -Metal bonding -Low density sponge -Rubber–metal bonded components -Industrial rolls -Special mechanical goods. * Features • Constant viscosity rubber • Softer than technically standard other grades • Homogenous viscosity * Specification Parameters Unit Limit Test Methods Dirt (retained on 45 micron aperture) % wt 0.16 max TCVN 6089:2004 ISO249:1995 Ash % wt 0.60 max TCVN 6087:2010 ISO247:2006 Volatile Matter % wt 0.80 max TCVN 6088:2010 ISO248:2005 Nitrogen % wt 0.60 max TCVN 6091:2004 ISO1656:1996 Initial Wallace plasticity (Po) - - TCVN 8493:2010 ISO 2007:2007 Plasticity Retention Index (PRI) % 50 min TCVN 8494:2010 ISO 2930:2009 Mooney Viscosity MU 60(+7, -5) TCVN 6090-1:2010 ISO 289-1:2005 *At time of production, ML 1+ 4 (100 oC) * Packing • 33.33 kg/bales or 35kg/bales, 600 bales/fcl 20 feet • In loose bale or Wooden Pallet * Bale Packaging • Normal 0.03 mm PE bag wrapper with melting temperature under 109 oC. • Thick (0.13 mm) PE bag wrapper
* Description SVR CV50 is a constant viscosity grade. It is made by adding hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS) and peptizer before coagulation with acid. The coagulum is allowed to mature some hours, reduced to crumbs by passing through a crusher, crepers, a shredder, dried and pressed into bales. The hydroxylamine inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity. Mooney vicosity (MV) is 50 ± 5. * Used For The Manufacturing -Vibration mountings for engines and machinery -Railway buffers -bridge bearings -Automotive components -Large-truck tire treads -Conveyor belt covers -Masking tapes -Rubber–metal bonded components * Features • Low viscosity rubber • Softness * Specification Dirt : 0.02 max Ash : 0.40 max Volatile Matter: 0.80 max Nitrogen : 0.60 max Plasticity Retention Index (PRI) : 60 min Mooney Viscosity MU 50 ± 5 *At time of production, ML 1+ 4 (100 oC) * Packing • 33.33 kg/bales or 35kg/bales, 600 bales/fcl 20 feet • In loose bale or Wooden Pallet * Bale Packaging • Normal 0.03 mm PE bag wrapper with melting temperature under 109 oC. • Thick (0.13 mm) PE bag wrapper
* Description SVR CV 60 is a constant viscosity grade. It is made by only adding hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS) to ammonia preserved field latex after reception at factory. HNS is only added before coagulation with acid. The SVR CV60 rubber is processed through some stages such as crushing, creping, crumbing, drying and baling. The hydroxylamine inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity. * Description SVR 5 SVR 5 is a quality natural rubber. It is produced wholly from field latex. Field latex is preserved with ammonia or sodium sulfite. This is type of rubber which production process is the same SVR 3L grade. The field latex is coagulated with formic acid, and then make crumbs by passing through a crusher, some crepers and a shredder. After the dried crumbs are cooled and then compressed into blocks. * Used for The Manufacturing -Bicycle tubes -Rubber threads -Gas masks -Components in passenger vehicles -Components in tires * Features • Dark color than coloured SVR 3L. • Higher ash and dirt content compare with SVR 3L • High tensile strength • Good heat ageing resistance. * Specification Dirt : 0.05 max Ash : 0.60 max Volatile Matter: 0.80 max Nitrogen : 0.60 max Initial Wallace plasticity (Po): 30 min Plasticity Retention Index (PRI) : 60 min Color (Lovibond): 6 max *At time of production, ML 1+ 4 (100 oC) * Packing • 33.33 kg/bales or 35kg/bales, 600 bales/fcl 20 feet • In loose bale or Wooden Pallet * Bale Packaging • Normal 0.03 mm PE bag wrapper with melting temperature under 109 oC. • Thick (0.13 mm) PE bag wrapper
