* Description SVR CV50 is a constant viscosity grade. It is made by adding hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS) and peptizer before coagulation with acid. The coagulum is allowed to mature some hours, reduced to crumbs by passing through a crusher, crepers, a shredder, dried and pressed into bales. The hydroxylamine inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity. Mooney vicosity (MV) is 50 ± 5. * Used For The Manufacturing -Vibration mountings for engines and machinery -Railway buffers -bridge bearings -Automotive components -Large-truck tire treads -Conveyor belt covers -Masking tapes -Rubber–metal bonded components * Features • Low viscosity rubber • Softness * Specification Dirt : 0.02 max Ash : 0.40 max Volatile Matter: 0.80 max Nitrogen : 0.60 max Plasticity Retention Index (PRI) : 60 min Mooney Viscosity MU 50 ± 5 *At time of production, ML 1+ 4 (100 oC) * Packing • 33.33 kg/bales or 35kg/bales, 600 bales/fcl 20 feet • In loose bale or Wooden Pallet * Bale Packaging • Normal 0.03 mm PE bag wrapper with melting temperature under 109 oC. • Thick (0.13 mm) PE bag wrapper
