BKV BDV Model Valves are hydraulically operated control valves that reduce higher upstream pressure in the water network into a preset desired lower constant downstream pressure, and maintain it constant, regardless of fluctuating demand or varying upstream pressure. They are simple and reliable globe valves with full bore hydrodynamic body providing an unobstructed flow path and superior performance. When there is no flow in the system, it closes by itself automatically, and whenever the valve upstream pressure value decreases below adjusted downstream pressure value, it opens fully by itself. In cases, the valve downstream pressure value increases above adjusted downstream pressure value, it closes fully by itself.
BKV BTV Model Pressure Relief Control Valve are hydraulically operated control valves and designed to maintain valve upstream pressure value constant and stable, regardless of flow rate variations. When line pressure is higher than the adjusted pre-set valve pressure level, inlet pressure is kept stable by opening fully the valve. In case of sudden pressure increase, it releases the higher pressure wave in a pressure sensitive manner and in this way, the water system works regularly. When there is no flow in the main valve, it closes by itself as fully tightness. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Prevent leaking and air intake by using hose clamps on hose connections.
Run for a maximum of 45 minutes and rest for 15 minutes without interruption.
The pressure height is 3 meters from the ground.
Do not run dry and idle.
Never use in flammable and combustible materials such as gasoline, thinner, acid!
Use 12 volt DZY pumps in 12V accumulators, use 24 volt DZY pumps in 24V accumulators!
The 12 volt DZY submersible pump works on accumulators between 18 - 200 amps. The 24 volt DZY submersible pumps works on accumulators between 36 - 400 amps.
