BKV BDV Model Valves are hydraulically operated control valves that reduce higher upstream pressure in the water network into a preset desired lower constant downstream pressure, and maintain it constant, regardless of fluctuating demand or varying upstream pressure. They are simple and reliable globe valves with full bore hydrodynamic body providing an unobstructed flow path and superior performance. When there is no flow in the system, it closes by itself automatically, and whenever the valve upstream pressure value decreases below adjusted downstream pressure value, it opens fully by itself. In cases, the valve downstream pressure value increases above adjusted downstream pressure value, it closes fully by itself.
Automatic Control Valve, Dual Setting Pressure Reducing Valve. Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve Work by Flow Rate (Model 132-090) controls pressure proportionally according as rate of flow. When rate of flow increase in pipeline, the valve operate higher pressure. When rate of flow decrease , the valve operate lower pressure. Therefore, Model 132-090 controls outlet-pressure proportionally according as rate of flow, even if the rate of flow change arbitrarily or slightly. Model 132-090 is optimized in waterworks, in state of smooth pressure change in pipeline. Also 132-090 have the function to prevent hunting itself.
Model 132-010 consists of Robocon Valve (Balem 130) and Pressure Reducing Pilot valve. It automatically reduces and maintains constant pre-set low pressure according to flow rate change and/or inlet pressure change. Combining with accurately designed pilot valve and features of the Robocon Valve (BALEM 130), operates diaphragm in chamber due to change downstream pressure controls opening of Basic Valve to maintain constant downstream pressure. Double chamber structure minimizes the effect of the valve action due to turbulence in the valve and easy to install and maintain.
Model 132-080 consists of the Robocon Valve (BALEM 130), Hycon Reducing Pilot Valve, Flow Rate Sensing Pilot Valve, and Orifice. In this valve service pressure can be changed automatically as flow rate, so it can maximize running water rate. In addition it is different from electronic valve therefor it doesn't need changing times. Finally Model 132-080 uses high and low pressure pilot valve according to real using flow rate, so it is very efficient.

Automatic Control Valve, Pressure Relief Valve Model 133-010 consists of Robocon Valve (BALEM130) and Pressure Relief Pilot Valve. It is installed at bypass of the pipe line in order to prevent damage on pipe by discharging high pressured water to atmosphere once the pipe pressure increased higher than the pre-set pressure, and strengthen the maintenance of constant pressure at the inlet pressure within the pre-set pressure.
