Hydraulic refuse packers: The packer consists of a body mounted on a chassis, a tailgate with compresion mechanism, an ejection plate inside the body, the hydraulic installation and control mechanism. All the functions and load distribution of the HRP are properly arranged according to the technical specification of the chassis truck on which it is mounted. The equipment is manufactured in serial production principals taking into account the legal regulations. Body: The body is manufactured from steel plates. All the body is reinforced with U sectioned vertical steel profiles. There is dirty water tank in front bottom of the body and a discharge hose. The body is mounted on the vehicle chassis with elastic elements.Crossing members under the body pass through C sectioned subframe, thus supporting the floor plate rigidly. Ejection plate: Ejection plate moves in the NPU rails welded above from the floor to the inner sides of the body. Ejection plate has easily replaceable poliamid shoes with bolted. Ejection plate moves by means of a double acting telescopic cylinder. It is kept at the rear of the body when it is empty, and moves automatically to the front by means of a counter pressure valve as the refuse is packed in the tailgate. Tailgate: Tailgate is connected to the body with top hinges and opened upwards by means of two double acting hydraulic cylinders. It is locked automatically when it is closed. Top hinges, locking hooks and the hydraulic cylinders are placed in the same line preventing additional stress on the rear frame. There is a specially formed sealing element mounted on tailgate to prevent any dirty water leakage from the body. It is made from a rubber which resists wear and acids. There is a hopper made from wear resistant high carbon steel in the tailgate. The refuse being loaded in the hopper is pressed into the body by means of a compression mechanism powered by double acting hydraulic cylinders. There is a dirty water discharging tap under the hopper. The compression mechanism consists of a slide linearly moving in the rails on the sides of the tailgate and a showel radially moving on the tip of the slide. Movement of showel is made by the two double acting hydraulic cylinder mounted on top of the slide and movement of the slide is made by two double acting hydraulic cylinder mounted on the outer sides the tailgate keeping them out of the refuse loading area. The rails are made from thick solid steel bar and the slide has four anti-wearing high density nylon shoes moving in the rails. The shoes are easily replaceable from the outside since the rail is open type. The slide has also for centering shoes to keep it in central position securely. There is a safety bar hinged under the tailgate to be used between the body and the tailgate to keep the tailgate securely opened during the maintenance. There are also antidropping safety valves on teh hydraulic cylinders which are opening the tailgate to prevent it to fall down because of any defect even a hose burst. Hydraulic installation: Hydraulic power is obtained by means of a hydraulic gear pump mounted to the PTO on the gearbox of the chassis. Capacity of the pump is so chosen that, adjusted compression cycle is achieved in the tailgate. PTO is controlled from the cab. Hydraulic oil tank has suction filter, return filter, a venting cover, a level and temperature indicator, a ball valve at the suction line, and a discharge tap. All piping is made with cold rolled, normalised and phospate coated tubes according to DIN 2391 C norms. All the connections are of EO type and according to SAE 100 R4. All the hydraulic cylinders are made from honned tubes according to DIN 2391 C norm and hard chrome plated rods. Hydraulic cylinders are designed and manufactured by EFE. Opening-closing at the tailgate and forward-backward movement of the ejection plate are controlled manually by the two spool directional controlled valve mounted in front right of the body. The movement of slide and showel mechanism is controlled automatically by a three spool electro-pneumatically controlled directional control valve mounted on the tailgate. Lifting device is controlled manually by one spool of the valve. Container lifting device: There is a container lifting device to lift and tilt the refuse containers into the hopper. Operating sequence & electrical control: Refuse is loaded into the hopper by means of the container lifting device, then, it is pressed into the body by the slide-showel mechanism working in sequence. The operator just pushes a button. Working sequence is provided by a printed electronic card, limit and pressure switches and buttons. The control box is placed on the rightside of the tailgate and is completely hermetic. There are start, stop, emergency, driver signal and engine accelerating buttons and a switch to choose continuous and single cycle compression. When the emergency button is pressed, the compression cycle movement reverses adn stops at the beginning position. Each of the movement can also be controlled by levers located on rightside of the tailgate manually in case of any defect in electricity or in special cases. The refuse is discharged by means of ejection plate after openning the tailgate. Vacuum tankers are used to transport liquids, mud - slime or phos - phetic waste into the tank with the help of suction hoses. These tankers are manufactured in a standard style with a cylindrical tank on a low frame, a rear cover and a vacuum motor that takes its power from the pto. The tank is welded from inside and outside. There are enough breakwaters along the entire body. The standard production material of the tank is st-37 sheet metal, but st-52 or hardox sheet metal is also produced in accordance with the wishes of our customers. The rear lid is mounted on the body with adjustable hinges, which is easily opened upwards by means of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic hand pump. The rear cover, which is locked with the leakproof seals and the hydraulic system, guarantees 100% sealing.
